We had a party of eight people with reservation for 6.:30. They sat us down, brought us water and bread than took our order. Than we sat for One hour 15 minutes waiting for our food. This dinner was for a ten year old Childs birthday. We had three children with us. I finally asked for the manager and out comes this SO CALLED ASST MANAGER ! He was rude, cocky, and just awful, even the people around us could't believe how rude he was. We have been going to the Brookhouse since it opened on west ridge road. We go there for every birthday, easter, Mother's Day and any time we feel like sauce. When the food came out that was awful to ! There must have been someone cooking for them because the food there is aways good. We had to through it out !

Great place, the clam app was very tasty. Be sure to get extra bread for the sauce. Their red sauce is one of the best in the city. I find it a little on the sweet side, but in a good way.

We had a wonderful 80th birthday celebration today at the Brook House. We were seated in a large dining room adjacent to the main dining room. The massive walls of windows, and tables that were not too close to each other, created a comfortable party atmosphere for everyone.Our server was personable, professional, and eager to provide us with a memorable dining experience, which she did.Everyone in our group ordered a different meal, and everyone gave the food ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.When you spend hundreds of dollars at a restaurant, any restaurant, you want everything to be perfect. We all know it isn’t always perfect.This was.Parking: Multiple parking spots are located next to the restaurant.I cannot imagine parking would ever be a problem, as the lot is huge.
AWESOME! had the veal French, 3 good sized pieces, delicious and tender... wife had the Seared scallops done to perfection! side of gnocchi, delish...appetizers were NOT clams casino because they were out (Sunday late). dang! Instead had the Calamari Capri. A combination of goodness. And the marinated artichokes to boot. And enough Italian bread, crispy and airy, to stuff a horse. Gotta try it

The Brook House has the BEST Italian food around and amazing service. I had my baby shower here, and countless other family events. We trust no one else. Everyone raved about the food. My personal favorites are the Chicken French and gnocchi. Perfect place for a date night. Added perk: it's a small family-owned business. Win-win.
