My husband went into the Brueggers on Monroe & Goodman and the young man behind the counter couldn't be bothered to listen to what my husband was ordering. He was more interested in his tablet than what my husband was ordering. Not only was the employee not interested, but he completely forgot to give us some of the bagels we ordered. Very disappointed in this particular Brueggers.

Pretty empty due to Covid. There’s no where to dine in these days. But the food and service is great!

Bagels were nice and fresh. Service was great. After Brueggers closed in Irondequoit, I go to this one. I actually sat down and ate this time instead of to go.

Really like the bagel sandwiches. The atmosphere has changed a lot over the years. Is starting to look run down. But it still is good ole Bruegger's, the bagels are excellent.

First, it's a bagel not a baagel. Just asking...why would I want it toasted when it has just been freshly baked? I ordered a signature lunch sandwich. I asked about the toppings, instead of getting what I ordered, I was going to get a bagel with cream cheese. Thought I was seeing things, when the very annoyed employee tossed the just made wrapped bagel in the trash! Apparently that was the last pumpernickel bagel too! Long story short, I got my sandwich, but my husband's order was wrong too - he wanted his bagel toasted, it wasn't. We had to sit in our car and eat, no more tables and chairs? Bagels and coffee are always good, employee checking us out was polite.

Walked in and was waiting for a mobile order, was about 4 ft away from the door and a worker with red hair yelled out for us to move very rudely even tho there were ppl closer to the door than us. She called my friends name and threw her bag on the counter and didn’t even look up to say “There’s no eating in here”. She then yelled what else y’all need without looking up again and then threw my food on the counter when mine was ready. I come here all the time and this was very disappointing.

They don't have gluten free options (for bagels). They wouldn't let me charge my guitar and phone while I was homeless...

Freshly made bagels and their sandwiches tastes fresh! Baker's dozen is the way to go!

I would look elsewhere for bagels. Bought 1/2 dozen and they seemed undercooked.
