Really delicious food we love it. It was 5 adults and 8 kids we ordered brought it home. We had some picky kids but not one of them complain. Everything was gone.

I ordered shrimp tacos…. Something sooo simple. And the flavor didnt exist. I almost thought i had covid again because im like theres no way this food looks super seasoned and taste bland til i ate some hot popcorn afterwards and well lets say. I dont have covid thats for sure. The absolute worst $21 dollars spent

Really good food at a reasonable price! I have gotten take out twice from Burrito Urbano. Earlier this year I picked up dinner after work in the 5pm hour and it was super busy. Today around 1pm I was the only person there. Calling in my order was easy, and the woman working was friendly and didn't mind me asking for some items removed (I'm in the can't-stand-tomatoes gang). The burrito suizo can have meat added (though I got it meatless). It has rice and pinto beans in the tortilla, and is surrounded by guac, beans, rice, lettuce/onions, and tortilla chips. I ate it like a garbage plate with everything mixed together. A really filling lunch for $12.99, plus a $1.25 can of Coke. They have a parking lot in the back of the building but it's a steep one - drive slowly!

Quickly becoming my favorite burrito in Rochester. I've ordered take out/delivery a few times and it never disappoints. You get a ton of fresh, delicious food, the staff is great, food is ready pretty fast and is consistently excellent. Definitely not one to miss!

A total disappointment ordered the build ur own salad option with chicken and carnitas now carnitas is like pernil slow roasted pork well ended up getting it and the chicken had so much fat most of the chicken wasn’t edible and the carnitas was not that I get it it’s not the same type of Mexican food but if u advertise something shouldn’t it be just that I ended up asking for a refund and the waitress was so rude and got upset about it just never again one good thing thou the horchata water was on point!!!

I can't even express how irritated I am by this place. I have given them 3 chances at getting my delivery order right and they have failed all 3 times. All I wanted was a beans, rice, cheese and guacamole burrito. First time, was partially my fault because I guess I didn't understand what the Suiza Burrito was but really, there was next to nothing in it. Second time, I ended up with rice and TONS of chicken in it, and that was it. Pretty much the opposite of beans, rice, cheese and guac. Never once effing mentioned chicken. third time, tonight, I ordered the same thing and even spelled it out IN the comments and I got tons of rice, little to no cheese and what I guess could pass for guacamole in some strange land of all cilantro and onions and hardly any avocado. So no, I will not be ordering from them any more, nor will I go in to try it in person.

The food was ok but honestly, I was really excited and was disappointed once I received my items. my daughter got a taco that was soaked in oil and whoever wrapped it mushed it. the elote chipotle is very spicy! my husband had the burripleta tortilla he said it was good but it was very soggy the tortilla broke. portions are pretty small to me it's a bit overpriced for what you receive. not sure if i would try again.

Meh. Got a veggie salad.... was expecting more than tomato and onion with lettuce, some rice, and some beans....Maybe just don't get the salad? I'm sure their other stuff is fine considering all of the good reviews. Is a bummer that my vegetarian meal was not enjoyable.
