Great chickfila. Not super busy and they are always running programs and promos. Managers are always amazing and attentive. Employees are curtious and perform their job well.
I drove over 40 minutes to go to the closet chick fil a. I should’ve checked my bag first because I drove all the way home and they forgot my sandwich. So of course I call the store because I’m not going to drive another hour and a half for a sandwich and they don’t answer their phone!!!!
Food was poorly made and just gross. Fries were *coated* in salt, i had to take a napkin and wipe the salt off before eating. I also ordered mac and cheese with bacon crumbles. I got old and burnt Mac and cheese with strips of bacon thrown on top. Not crumbles. Not even cut up. Just old soggy bacon strips. Truly disappointed. This is my guilty pleasure, except more often than not when i get food from this location its subpar. And i ordered on the app yet couldn't get a refund.

Great location, usually never have a problem but today I ordered a sandwich and didn’t even get chicken. How are you a chicken spot and you miss the one thing I came in for. Disappointed.

Good can be hit or miss, tho it's mostly good. Do b t dine her often as I disagree with their stances on women and religion. To each their own, but that is my choice. The waffeled fries can, for the most part, be cooled more. They are usually soft and not crispy at all. When asked if they could be done well done, we were told no. The Mac and cheese was and is always amazing. I did find a good copycat recipe online, tho.
