The staff tonight 03/30/24 was so rude! I could not believe it. They have some remodeling going on so they were only open for order and take out no dine in and while waiting for my order I watched how to staff interacted with the customers and oh my god I couldn’t believe it! The staff was so rude. Many people were complaining & staff did not respond well. Lots of complaints that the food was cold. The food is usually amazing, but because of the way I saw staff talk to paying customers I will not give this business anymore money. & guess what? My food was also cold what a waste of 60$!Parking: There’s no parking. Pay at meter.

When brought to staffs attention they were defensive and unwilling to fix it until they actually picked up the chicken with their hands and felt it was cold! I ordered a pickup order through the app, and came to restaurant in 35 minutes as was estimated by the app. I was told that order wasn’t ready and I should come back when I get a text message. That wasn’t a problem as the place was really busy. However, after waiting another 45 minutes, I still hadn’t received a text and most of the other cars left, so I went back in to get an update. I waited inside to talk to someone only to learn that my order had been ready for quite a while now. They could only offer to remake the food, but after already waiting for 1.5 hours I just could not wait more and left. The restaurant only does pickup now, so why is the service so poor?

BEWARE OF ONLINE DELIVERY ORDERS!!!!!We placed an order online for delivery. It was subsequently cancelled. Text message and email advised to call the store. The phone number "isn't monitored", the email we sent bounced back. We are out $45!

Do not order delivery. This person literally stood at my door letting my food get cold for at least 5 minutes, then put it down on the chair, then went back to the car, came back again, went back to the car, came back to the door, went back to the car. While Im waiting for them to get the hell off my property while my food gets cold for over 15 minutes. Waste of $45. Totally unacceptable.

The chicken is quite good! I don't like the chicken quite as much as The Magnet but that's a REALLY high bar to clear. They are not kidding when they say HOT by the way. I love me some spice but even their medium option is really spicy.The sides are disappointing. The Mac and cheese doesn't have much flavor and the fries are tiny and felt stale.The woman who gave me my food (I ordered pickup) was pretty cold and seemed annoyed with me for some reason. No idea why as I just mentioned I placed an order for pickup. They didn't have any seating when I went (although I know they're going to add some at some point), so you don't really have to interact with the staff much but still...

Best chicken in Rochester! Service is always quick and presentation on point. Adam is a great dude. I fix all his kitchen equipment so I have first hand knowledge, the kitchen is immaculate. They take great pride in sanitation. Might be the cleanest kitchen in Rochester. Love this place!

Meh -Went here based off a friends recommendation. Went inside to order and lady at counter said that she wasn't taking orders, I would have to order online. I said okay and asked her wait time, she said 30min. for this take-out only meal. I ordered than after 40min I went back inside, as I still had not received a txt saying order was ready - figuring something maybe was wrong. Lady checked my order and said would be another 10-15min. I waited inside and about 10min later my order came out. My wife got 3pc tenders and I got Heater Sandwich. We ate immediatly in the car, and all the chicken was barely even warm...seriously after a 50min wait!?! Fries were the only thing fresh. Sandwich was okayish, but I really question the tenders...to me they were too tough to be tenders and the way the grain of the meat was, I am 99% certain it was chicken breast just cut into strips and battered...not actually tenders. Tough and cold chicken...not super desireable. I have gone many times to The Magnet Chicken in Penfield and will continue to go there for a proper Fried Chicken Sandwich vs ever going back to Chick'n Out. My first n Last visit! Not worth the $$ in my books.edit: It does speak volume's that the owner responded...shows that they take feedback and will probably improve their svc as a result. The sting still exists that I waited 50min for food - and last 10min was right in their lobby...to be served barely warm chicken. Adam - I will try once more, next time I am in need of a meal downtown.
