Wouldn't recommend. Too heavy on cayenne seasoning witout consideration of other seasoning needs. Perhaps a Chili garbage plate? Definitely not to the Rochester standard.

First timer at this spot, as I had a $50 gift card to use up. We ordered quite a bit of food on a Saturday night around 5pm but everything was ready to go in 15 mins. My sister and I ordered the Mediterranean salad with chicken and Buffalo chicken finger salad. Both were very good and filling but my ONLY complaint was that they used iceberg lettuce instead of romaine. They would have been so much more satisfying if they opted for the nicer lettuce. The chicken on the Mediterranean salad was super flavorful and juicy, we both loved it. We also ordered a side of fries and Mac salad. Fries were perfectly crispy and Mac salad had tons of flavor but needed a little more mayo. The girl at the counter was very friendly too. I would definitely come back and try other things!

this place has the best food and their close to my house. I went and got a cheeseburger plate with a strawberry shake and mozzarella sticks and everything went great togethe! to anybody leaving bad reviews you either have bad taste or you brought and attitude when you went into this place. chill people, chill spot and great food 10/10 from me! I will be going here again to try some more of their food.

First time eating at Chili Hots and will definitely be going back. Cheeseburger plate with Mac salad and home fries and it was amazing! Large portions. The meat sauce is delicious, and spicy, so you might want to get it on the side if you're sensitive to heat. ?

Can't handle a timed order, girls at the front have horrible customer service just beyond rude, messed my plate up then gave me a hard time about re making it. Nasty looks from everyone when getting there after driving the 15 minutes back to get what I actually ordered. Will not be going back what an awful experience.

Front girl has an attitude. I ordered for a specific time, food came out late and wrong then took them 5 minutes and 3 people to decide to remake it after originally telling me no. Won't go back this place always has issues.

I ordered the cheeseburger plate and it just wasn't good. First, no cheese. Not a big deal but the flavors just were missing. No seasoning on anything.
This restaurant has moved to Henrietta. We have not had an opportunity to check out the new location. 3-2024.
