Usually i’m very satisfied with chilis and their service. Today was very different. Me and my friend got the 3 for me and asked for just a side of queso as our side which we have always been able to do, however our server jessie decided that it wasn’t allowed today and we had to pay $3.99 to get a dip trio which was cold that we didn’t even eat. We asked for lemons with our water and since those weren’t included we asked for a side to which our server thought it was appropriate to throw down on our table which was beyond disrespectful. We received no refills in the 45 minutes we were there. During our time there the most our server did was sit in the corner and talk to other servers. On top of that our chicken quesadillas had maybe one piece of chicken and 2 bacon bites. I’m very displeased with the experience i had and will not be going back.

First time I had been there and I definitely will say I will go back. Food was great service was good and atmosphere was nice. Went on a Friday evening and did not have to wait a terribly long time for food sat very quickly as well.Update so I went back to Chili's on the 30th of March for dinner with my sister and my nephew. First walked in had to wait maybe 5 minutes to be sat which is okay they had a little bit of business, we were finally satl into a warm spot we waited at least 10 to 12 minutes before I finally stopped our server Jesse and ask for service. She had such an attitude it was ridiculous. She took our drink order and our app order, and that was the only time I saw her. The general manager ended up taking our actual order, but the service was so horrible that I will not be going back there. The food was okay, but the service was absolutely horrendous. Do not like saying things like this, but as a server myself I seen things in their staff that will make me not come back to that establishment. Horrible absolutely horrible

Due to covid we haven't been to Chili's in awhile. Took my daughter for lunch for her birthday. Everything was very good. We got there right after they opened so there were only a few people there , nice.

Horrible service everytime we go in the evenings. Place is hardly packed and they can’t get th orders right for 4 adults and a kid.. like ever.. even on the bill. Waiter is nice and makes an effort but he’s lazy and disorganized by not taking our orders down on paper or the tablet. Just trying to be cool memorizing our orders but they just mess up always and go back and forth the whole night just to get something. Bill comes, more confusion with the bill split.. manager expects us to do their job and determine which order was for who.. horrible. We will be going to Victors from now on. It’s a shame the one in Henrietta closed down, that place was on par and always had people waiting for a table… never any waiting here, gee I wonder why.

Everything about Chili's is amazing! The service was great! The atmosphere was very relaxing and at home! And of course the food was spectacular! I took my girlfriend here the other day for Valentines Day and we were not let down! The boneless wings are delicious! We ordered the garlic parmesan, and our main course was awesome! We both ordered the full rack of ribs with the honey chipotle sauce and it was phenomenal! The mac and cheese also was fire! Honestly this place is worth more than 5 stars! I highly recommend coming here for anyone in Greece! Will plan on coming back here again sometime!

i dont recommend working here or eating here, having personally worked here and seen the general manager (past or not) Cheryl be racist, take food out of a trash can and attempt to serve it, serving bad food, you will be overworked and expected to do things outside of your position for no compensation. your hours will vary and they are not friendly for disabled people. they will work you more than disability states. they have zero communication or organization. and i still have MANY pictures of food going past its expirations and i have no issue posting at all. next time treat your employees like humans and like your customers pay your bills. im not going to bother my time with higher ups, or anything to remedy any issues ive had being an employee and customer here in the past.

I haven't been to Chili's in a long time and decided to try their lunch menu. Pleasant surprise food was delicious! Chili had a bit of a zing to it and the baked potato soup was good though I prefer mine thicker with more potatoes. Double burger was good and not too many french fries. Some places do an overload of fries, this was just right. Chicken bacon quesadilla was excellent! Chicken very tender and chips with salsa very very light and airy. I would recommend their lunch menu. Only downside to our visit, interior could use a bit of upgrading. Food is worth the visit.

Live 1 min from chili’s I order 1 a week always get my ritual same order cuz I enjoy it so much bacon ranch burger with side of fries, but lately they’ve been shorting on the side of fries potatoes ain’t expensive or fries plz start filling the plastic container up with fries that comes with the burger thank you!!! Always used to give a lot of fries but ever since last 6 months they’ve been chincy on fries.
