Trash everywhere. Cashier very unhappy. No fresh onions, no fresh cilantro, ordered new chicken alpastor it was terrible. I asked them to make it look like the picture. He said he could not do that. I ordered steak tacos. Just wanted onions and cilantro. He put cilantro And corn on them. My kids got drinks. Diet Coke that’s all they had left. We waited for salsa for our chips, but after 10 minute the brought 2 cups of pico de gallo. Should have gone to MOEs southwest grill!!!!!

restaurant was quite dirty. no napkins or silverware available for customers. staff showed no urgency whatsoever. took about 10 mins to order my food and there was 5 people in front of me. the staff was joking around, eating behind the counter and there was obviously no manager present. the food was good so it was all fine in the end, however not what you like to see when buying food.Vegetarian options: many vegetarian optionsParking: a lot of parking

Better Tomorrow

The food was decent, although the taco shells were a bit rubbery. That's a simple thing to make crunchy by baking them in an oven. The employees were not at all friendly. I tried to be friendly (I always am), and neither the woman fixing my meal nor the cashier even cracked a smile. When I thanked the person assembling my food, she said nothing at all. When I thanked the cashier, I got the same conplete lack of response.I LIKE Chipotle. I have celiac disease and it's one of the few restaurants that I can eat virtually everything on the menu. Aside from the burrito wraps, everything is naturally gluten-free. There are better locations, though. I'd rather drive farther away and go to the Jefferson Road location because the shells are nice and crisp, and the employees are much friendlier. It's also cleaner.Vegetarian options: Plenty of vegetarian options. There's a vegetarian protein (sopfritas). In addition, there are a variety of different rices and beans. All of the toppings are vegetarian or vegan.Dietary restrictions: Excellent for people with celiac disease or gluten sensitivity. Everything is gluten-free aside from the burrito wraps. It's excellent for people who need to avoid eating gluten.Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs and the entrance is level with the sidewalk.

Spends 19 dollars for a double meat barbacoa salad, and they are stingy with literally every ingredient, even the "free" ones. I open it up and there's so little food in there I can finish the entire bowl in 3 mins. Probably never coming back when I used to eat here all the time.

I wanted to call and tell them my Door Dash order was delicious, but they weren’t taking calls. I just wanted them to know I really liked it.

If you see an older lady with glasses serving the rice/chicken, I suggest you walk away. She might need thicker glasses as she didn't even fill the bottom of my bowl with rice and usually gives a half scoop of chicken.

There’s a young skinny black male that works the late shift and I must say he’s amazing. I truly wish I got his name you could tell he loves his job and was just really pleasant.
