I genuinely LOVE the pizza here but the last +12 months they never answer the phone number to call ahead a pizza order in advance. It's as if they simply decided there's no need to answer the phone any more. This is not an employee problem because they are running all over and the place is always packed. This is a management problem with not scheduling the appropriate amount of resources to service your customers.

Benches get crowded on busy days and the shopping carts block paths. That being said everyone loves the hotdogs, pizza, and my personal favorite- Cesar salad with chicken. Whether intentional or not, the salad looks gluten free as the croutons are in separate packages. The frozen coffee is very sugary and creamy (I wouldn't drink it otherwise). And the soft serve ice cream looks good. 10/10 Bring your friend in with your membership card for an affordable and well made lunch.Dietary restrictions: Cesar salad with chicken appears gluten free, I can't speak for the cross contamination though.

I really rather like the food here for a quick "junk food" stop, but the service has become impossibly bad.1) then NEVER answer the phone for orders anymore2) I have now had 3 pizzas given to someone else because they never check the receipt matches to the person picking it up3) When they have made a mistake (like giving away my order) both the people at the counter and the management are totally unapologetic. The last time the manager shrugged it off as "well it's busy".I understand that food service is not a great job, and that it is really hard to get quality workers, but companies need to own their errors and attempt to make it right. The folks at the CostCo food court really JUST DON'T CARE.

The food is great, but the place is constantly understaffed. There are just two workers serving hundreds of people in the middle of the day on Saturday. It’s not uncommon to have a crowd of people waiting around for their order. You cannot order by phone even if you let it ring for 15+ minutes. Please figure out a way to attract and retain workers.
I highly advise against ever eating from the food court in Costco. The pizza was not palatable and ranks as the worst pizza I ever ate. I did learn that Costco spells “Pizza” with “Grease” somewhere in that word as there was practically more grease then cheese and sauce on my large pizza. When I was finished with my slice I was already feeling an upset stomach and an urge to vomit. I am truly disturbed by my experience and I will never return.
