I ordered a wing dinner double Mac salad I asked the person taking my order to have them put country Sweet sauce on my Mac salad finish my sentence so I figured she understood I know I should have checked but I was rushing to get to my other job. I open up my food when I get to work ain't no country Sweet sauce on my Mac salad my wings are soggy and no corn or napkins in my bag. So I just called with my concern and I got told by the manager there's napkins in the counter and I'm supposed to ask for a fork.. I've never asked for a fork or napkins on a to go order... So today's service I'm very unhappy and now hungry cuz I don't want the food.

They were out of what I wanted. I settled for another special dish. The chicken was not fresh as it was refried I guess to heat it up. You can tell when the chicken has been dropped in the hot grease a second time.

Called and placed an order so I didn't have to wait 20 mins in the store. Drove all the way there for them to inform me (very rudely) that I didn't place the order there and I might've placed it at the mt hope store. Thinking it was my mistake, I drove to mt. hope and nope. They didn't have my order either. So I looked back at my call log and yup, I did indeed place my order at the w ridge store. I should've called and double checked, but with the rudeness of the girl at the front counter and her gas lighting me, I was kind of flustered. Wasted my gas and time all to not get my meals because the girl who took my order didn't put it in. AND this was AFTER the time before I found a hair in my Mac salad. This country sweet is a dub for me. I'll drive 2x the distance to go to mt hope location the next time I want it.

I ordered online. I arrived just before my estimated pickup time. It wasn't ready yet which was fine. I waited another 25 minutes. I saw multiple people order after I came in and got their food before me. There was another guy waiting a long time too and he finally spoke up about others getting their food before us. The employees didn't seem to care. By the time I got my food, it wasn't even worth the wait. The chicken was soggy and gross. It tasted like chicken that's been in the fridge for over a week and then microwaved.

You better check your food before you leave! They never have the amount of wings correct, the sides and meals are always wrong. When you call after you get home, they place you on hold for a long time and then hang up. When you do finally get someone who say they are a supervisor, he was as rude as can be. They want to ride back and forth burning out gas with no computation. It's time to get chicken elsewhere with they rudeness and messes up orders.
