Food was not good, cold, served sporadically, steak was over cooked (twice), chicken tenders (fried) were black and burned. Server was not attentive, drinks were not refilled. Manager was not supportive of the complaints.

First time and last time ever going here worst experience ever from the time I walked in waited f 45 minutes for my food just to have a dirty plate and blue gum in my cheeseburger the waitress is very rude as the manager was as well manager brought four people from the back out to show them and point to me and offered me a free root beer manager was extremely rude and unprofessional the cook was extremely dirty and disgusting no hair net will never step foot in this place again

I had dinner with my family of 9 for birthday get together. I previously was there the day B4 for brunch. And I was dissatisfied. When I placed my order for the birthday dinner,I let the waiter know wut had happened to me the day B4. And I ask that my food to come out Hot. Everyone at the table ask for this. I ordered fried chicken, again my food came out like warm. They ask if I wanted them to cook it again. I didn't do that. But they did send me out Hot fried chicken tender with no charge. It was appreciated. But I will not go there again. And my family's food came out like warm only hot food was the steamed vegetables.

Atmosphere is always wonderful. Myself and three lady friends meet at CB every two weeks. However, at our visit yesterday 4/10, there was a large contingent of Muslims in their native garb, talking in their foreign language. Normally, no problem. But this group was loud, disruptive, negative and downright rude! Even nasty! If you move to a foreign country and plan on living there indefinitely, you should learn the language, wear clothes that don't make you standout, be polite and congenial. In other words, assimilate to your new country. That's what I would do if I moved to a foreign country. Unfortunately, these people just colored other Muslims like themselves. All Muslims are not all alike. I don't know how CB could have handled it, but the manager should have talked with them. If they got angry and never came back, no loss there. Unless you want to see regular customers get driven away and find somewhere else to eat and spend their money. I am sorry. I try to be nice and welcoming to all. But with this kind of behavior, I will not.

Great food , great price not expensive at all..My overall favorite restaurant..love it!
We came after a long flight from Orlando to eat at your establishment on 2075 Highland Dr Rochester NY and waited over an hour all the while the waitress kept saying our food was coming. But several tables that were seated after us were being served before us and to make things worse we had ordered a to go order after our initial order and still the waitress claimed the original order would be out shortly. Finally a manager comes over to tell us that our ticket for the original order was thrown away in the kitchen just wow! So the five times prior to me putting in the to go order that we were told our food would be coming out shortly and then the one time after I put the to go order in again being told it was coming out was all a lie! We left and were very disappointed that instead of offering us any compensation we were offered bread seriously!!!! This establishment needs better management and servers! Our children had to leave without eating on a hour and a half ride back home because your staff couldn’t just be honest and say they messed up and that they would compensate us.
