The hype is real. Was traveling through the area and decided to stop, we don’t have this back home! Absolutely delicious thick, soft, warm, flavorful cookies! Chocolate chip has always been my favorite- theirs is so good.Prices are high, but it’s worth it for what you get!

My first crumbl experience. Wonderful cookies but I was slightly concerned that the place wasn't the cleanest.. loved the allergy awareness and open list of ingredients. Polished the last one off on the way to the airport as I couldn't bare to waste one !
Cookies taste good, but there is a tiny place to stand while you wait. If there is more than 3 people in there its all cramped and you're stuck against the wall.

The service has gotten better than what it used to be but it's still not where it should be. Same goes for the cookies. The store is a lot cleaner than it used to be also.
