I have been going to this Dunkin location for about 6 months once a week to get my breakfast and coffee. The drive through tends to take a long time, the longest i've waited was about an hour with only 3 cars ahead of me. I continue to go due to the convenience of the location, however after my most recent experiance i will be making the drive to the farther one. Since i didn't have the 45 minutes to spare in the drive through i decided to go inside for the first time. I have worked in the service industry for 7 years and have never once written a review however i have never seen employees so disregarded, miserable and unconcerned. i felt as is my presence there spending money was a burden to the employees. I sat and watched my order completed behind the counter for 10 minutes before it was handed to me. i can understand a wait when it's very busy but there was basically no traffic whatsoever. to attest for the utter disconcern of the employees i attatched a photo of my bagel with extra cream cheese that i had ordered. I typically wouldn't waste time writing a review but i genuinely feel bad for the owner who probably spent lots of money and effort on renovating the restaurant just to have employees who are essentially throwing profits in the drain.

I brought my daughter through the drive-thru and really didn't enter the store. The products that I have had in the past were Coffee, extremely expensive for a small cup, Doughnuts have always been dry in my opinion, Croissant with Egg and Bacon was very bland tasting and had no flavor at all. Dunkin' Creamer is way too sweet for someone like myself who doesn't use sugar in their coffee. Which alters the taste of Dunkin' Coffee, which is actually good when purchasing large bags in other stores.

Went about 25 minutes ago and will never go again food was cold n bland the staff were arguing with each other and the manager was arguing n threatening customers they should be shut down this made for a tense experience i did not feel

Worst Dunkin’s Donuts I’ve been to! They messed my coffee up and didn’t give me the coffee I paid for! My glaze donut tasted like a blueberry muffin and the people working there are clearly there just for a check and don’t take their job serious! This Dunkin Donuts definitely needs an upgrade with workers who actually care about their job and actually care about customers!!
Good coffee and frozen coffee if they make it right. Sometimes they screw up the orders and they never make is the same way. Most times the frozen coffee is to light because they don't pump enough coffee flavor into the cups.

I frequent this location often, because it's near my home. However, it seems to close early at different times. Today it was closed at 4:50 pm when I went attempted to go through the drive through. It seems that the workers run the business as if it were their own. The customer service is lacking. How does the business remain open when the employees closes at their own whim. ?

Long wait in an empty store because no one was checking mobile orders. Lots of employees behind the counter but not a lot of service. Maybe employees aren't being treated well because at least one is saying they are very very unhappy to be here, very loudly. Baked goods were mostly gone. The actual order was correct once I got it.
