The food is usually pretty good. Depending on the time of day, the service varies. Sometimes, the ratio of my iced latte isn’t exactly correct, but it’s never horrible. Overall, a pretty good location.Parking: Because it’s in a gas station, the parking is kind of limited.

If I could do ZERO STARS i would. I sat at the drive thru for at least ten minutes with no communication and know it was working bcuz there was a girl at the pay window talking with someone. I go up thinking ok maybe there headset isn't working. Nope. They had it off and we're just talking with each other. Then she finally came to the window and talked to me as if I'm a inconvenience. Didn't say thank you or nothing and rolled her eyes at me. Will NEVER come here again and there's more detail I just am going to call corporate instead bcuz it was that bad and she was that rude. Worst customer service of my life. Everytime I come to this location it's horrible and after this I'm done. ZERO STARS . do better

I didn’t think I could find a more terrible Dunkin location than this one, and I think I found the Holy Grail of bad Dunkin’s. Almost 25 minutes in the drive thru. Had to repeat our order multiple times, they still got it wrong. Food was cold. Server at the window was very rude and impatient with us. What is it with Dunkin and terrible service? Next time I want bad food and a rude server I will sit in my car for a half hour and light $30 on fire.

Worst Dunkin’ I’ve ever been to. The manager makes it hostile as hell for the workers and customers. The employees feed off that energy too. They take forever and mess up drinks at least once a week. Literally will drive 12 mins out of my way NOT to go to this Dunkin’.

This Dunkin is a franchise location operated by Indus Hospitality Group and is literally the worst Dunkin I’ve ever ordered from. The lack of quality and customer service is so terrible that it’s hilarious. Like others have mentioned, most of the employees they hire lack any initiative and have the “I can’t be bothered” attitude. A common issue this particular Dunkin has are mobile orders. For example, there have been several times I placed an order for a Turkey Sausage Wake Up Wrap and when I arrive to pick it up, I find it’s not even ready. When I ask where’s the order they say they don’t have certain ingredients and didn’t bother to make it. They never offer a refund either claiming it’s impossible to do so when it’s a mobile order. This would never happen at Starbucks where their mobile app actually tracks the ingredient availability at each location and will list an item as unavailable if they don’t have the ingredients or at worst will call you to see if you’d like an alternative or refund. I blame the lack of quality control from Dunkin’s corporate headquarters in enforcing standards with their franchise locations like this one.

I come here three times a week through th me dt and it is insane they take one order at a time. Always under staffed. Employees that show up are nice. But holy hell get someone to help these folks out. Late to work again!! For a mediocre coffee and barely toasted sandwich!!

Lol. This Dunkin is literally just a bunch of section 8 thugs that can’t be bothered by even the smallest amount of work. It’s amazing the store hasn’t been shot to pieces by now.
