I was disappointed.. I really don't think it's appropriate to talk or mock other customers, while in the store and the whole staff is complaining and mocking someone in the drive thru... It's totally unexceptable. If u don't like your job, stay home. Sometimes, you may be the first person someone interacts with that day. Smile, be nice, and be a better⁶ person. Also, you have a line of customers. STAY OFF OF YOUR PHONE WHILE YOU ARE WORKING, IT DOESNT HELP GET THE CUSTOMERS THRU THE LINE WHILE YOU ARE BUSY ON YOUR PHONEDietary restrictions: It does ask when you are ordering to inform the person assisting you about any allergies to food. That is a good reminder if you have allergies. Sometimesu I don't think about it when just ordering a beverage.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes

Consistent poor quality. Undercooked breakfast sandwiches, and for real now, I asked for a large iced coffee with ONE cream, and TWO caramel, and you guys dumped so much sugar that I did not ask for at all into my coffee that it was literally undrinkable. Used to stop by at least 3 times a week, never going again, as this happens everytime I stop now and I'm sick of my mornings being ruined.

I made my order the night before and every single drink I got was made well over an hour prior and I know this for a fact. My iced coffee was clear muck looking with tiny little cubs (you can tell sat there a while.) I requested not one but two sweet syrups and it came bitter and watery. The Coolatta® was completely room temp and separated. Strawberry Dragonfruit Dunkin' Refresher was clear with tiny ice again. Keep in mind these were supposed to be light ice so even if it didnt sit these wouldnt be this watered down. I called to speak to an employee because 35 dollars later and we couldn’t even enjoy them. They answered the phone with an attitude, and her only words were hello. No clear indication that you were actually calling a Dunkin’ Donuts. Then went on to bicker back and forth with me as if I was making this up with one excuse after the other. I have ordered coffee from DoorDash plenty of times and have never had my drinks show up looking like this. The woman then finished the conversation off by saying that she was unwilling to help me unless I showed up in person. Refusing to give me a refund over the phone. I will not be returning to this location.

Do not order online from this location, it’s full of confused employees, I ordered black tea I was send coffee , I had 2plain bagels toasted dry, they send me bagels full of cream , what an excuse they give me on the phone when I call, first ooh it was a mistake, secondly it’s not our issue just contact grubhub ??‍♂️??‍♂️??‍♂️ why the heck would someone label on the cup black tea and fill it with coffee

All Dunkin' locations seem to be reducing their donut selections. The coffee wasn't up to the Dunkin' standard. I 'd give it another try. Though I wouldn't get the bacon on the avocado toast again.

Love Dunkins coffee - the other guy's plain coffee is terrible, just most people put tons of junk in it. The service at this location is TERRIBLE. Nearly every time I go they mess up my single coffee order, mostly giving me iced when I repeatedly order hot. Happens also on app orders, where it's in writing. Plus make me wait. Today drove up, informed there for pre-order, told it's ready - then sat in front of service window for 7 minutes while people walked around, talked with each other, etc. No one simply picked up my coffee and handed it to me. Then twice the number of flavor shots ordered. TERRIBLE service, pretty much every single time.

Stopped in to grab a drink and a muffin. Store was clean when I walked in and an associate was mopping the floor, counters and tables all looked clean. Associate at the counter was very friendly, and my order was accurate. My drink, a mango pineapple green tea refresher, is very good, and my muffin tasted like it was baked this morning. I wish the other Dunkins in Henrietta were this good.

The worst service ever! They messed up my order and after a long wait, I opened my bag to a burnt egg and cheese bagel, frozen coffee that has NO coffee or flavor to it (tastes like plain cream) and a frozen lemonade that tastes like frozen water. They need to stop hiring people who don’t know how to make drinks or At least train them well so that this doesn’t happen. Such Waste of time and money!
