This is suppose to be open 24 hours . I was there 2 hours ago. There was a car parked in a parking lot . I waited on drive through for 20 mins but no one took my order because there was no one at the window some body else was also behind me and waited for few mins . The truck also came to drop orders off but the door was locked . I know this place is suppose to be open for 24 hoursI am talking about a Small Dunkin’ Donuts on West ridge Road

Slow drive thru and rude employees make this one of my least favorite coffee shops around.
Need to learn how to pick up trash in the parking lot and lawn

Your Penfield store never gets my coffee right and all I get is a med extra extra..So I don't go there anymore...
Dunkin donuts in Ontario made me a big fan of Starbucks
Can't make coffee the way you order it, can't toast a bagel right, drive through takes forever!
Getting worse and worse. Bad attitude from employees, so much less products. Places are dirty. Nobody cares. SHAME
