I ordered a large hot chocolate with milk n a mocha shot and got a coffee, n the phone doesn’t work. Went back to get the right thing and they still got it wrong. It’s the little short girl that makes the issue. She knows she can’t hear and doesn’t ask to make sure she heard you right. Instead your met with an attitude when you try to check your drink you already had to come back to get. Then it’s still not right because she didn’t hear your right but she will stand there and try to tell your what you asked for. Understandably the manger backs up her employee but she is an issue and needs to be held accountable. Totally different when the male staff are in.

This use to be my go to location. They use to be so welcoming and my drinks were made perfect. Now if I go in the afternoon or pm shift it’s completely opposite. Your met with an attitude and the eye rolls. Along with drinks not being made proper and food being either under or over cooked. I have went on multiple occasions and different times and there is a big difference in service. Will only be going to east ave Dunkin. May burn more gas but atleast they have great service and great food.

There was only 2 people working (a young man and woman) and they were doing their job, polite and helpful. When the amount of customers slowed down, they were both doing their side work instead of just standing around and gossiping like I've seen so many times beforeParking: They have their own parking lot with plenty of spacesWheelchair accessibility: They have handicapped parking spots, bathrooms and entrances.
Now, this location and its staff are awesome if I could clone them and put them in every neighborhood I would , and the ice caramel machiato I order was the sharpest cup I've had in
