Never stopping at this location ever again… So unprofessional… Cashier looked miserable to even be there. The one girl making coffee was on her phone (AirPod) having a full conversation so everyone at Dunkin could hear ( How she seen a video or her friend going out, seen it this morning) her nails were long and looked disgusting ( Put some gloves on) talking over the coffee she was making for a customer. (Not sanitary, like what if spit comes out on accident) that’s disgusting. My husband and I literally walked out.

Literally the worst Dunkin I have ever been to. The staff were saying how they didn’t know how to make any of the sandwiches or even hashbrowns after allowing me to purchase them. I waited 30 minutes to get a muffin and a matcha latte which was subpar anyway. I ended up just leaving without my food because I was on my lunch break (which is always more than enough time to get my food and eat it) and I ended up being late punching back in. They also did not put the lid on all the way and my drink spilled all over me and the floor. I waited patiently when I should have just left.

Went in Dunkin this afternoon what a difference new staff is very friendly. We will be back now knowing we can receive the customer service we deserve. Everyone was very friendly and focused on customer service.

I walk in to order sourdough sandwiches with out bacons and there was a lady who called herself supervisor at the counter showing no respect for the deaf. She was like oh my gosh to take the order and exaggerate her behavior . It’s a shame that the loving Dunkin’ Donuts has appointed a person with such behavior .Wheelchair accessibility: It’s not weelchair but hearing loss accessibility denial and showing inappropriate behaviors

Was verbally attacked by the young woman who waited on me for wearing a shirt that read, "I stand with Israel."I was polite, left a tip in the tip jar, and did nothing to instigate her rudeness.I will certainly never go back, and hope that management will terminate this employee. Incident happened at 10/14 at about 1:45PM.
