Service great. Tomahawk Steak was cooked nicely, but lacked seasoning. An $$$$ steak should be prepared perfectly, this wasn't. Margarita pizza was good. We will return to try their housemade pasta.

Two of our party were vegan but it tasted like the sauces used meat in them. Also food was not hot. No bread was served with our salad. Also the pizza was good but not crust was not crispy.

Delicious rich Italian food, great wine selection, friendly staff able to answer whatever question you have about the meal. No substitutions or addons is a mixed bag but I understand. Cool atmosphere of a retrofit factory made into a fancy dining spot. On the second floor they have 2 line of lights with one having 3 out and the other 2, really just makes me wanna get a ladder and put some new ones in. But that's just me being weird.Parking: Small parking lot

Absolutely one of the best Italian restaurants I have ever been to, international or domestic. We started with the meatball appetizer which was perfectly spiced in a sauce that was just tangy enough. Then to a prosciutto and mozzarella salad with olives and greens that was flavorful and perfectly dressed. Finally we split the marrow, scallops and pork belly dinner and the veal parmigiana, both good enough to prompt this glowing review. We ate at the bar and waited perhaps 5 minutes between ordering and food delivery. The bartenders D and D were knowledgeable and friendly. Fabulous restaurant!

The food was delicious but the service was unacceptable due to our waiter. We waited 20 minutes for him to acknowledge us as he slammed a large bottle on the table and said he'd be right back as he ran away. 20 minutes later, he finally came back to take our drink order, but after 40 minutes, we were ready to place are drink and food order. Took him 15 minutes to produce the cocktails as the food came out. The wine we had ordered to have with dinner, eventually showed up midway through the meal. The saving grace was the food which was very good, but if we go back we will request a different server.

We ordered the panuozzo Salernitano, meatballs,Rigatoni Al Forno and Garganelli ai Cavolfiori. All were amazing and large portions. Service from everyone was excellent. The uniqueness and variety of dishes, the obvious effort that goes into making them (this goes for the cocktails too), the friendly, attentive service, and the ambiance make this our new favorite restaurant.

Great Sunday dinner! We got seated fast. The food was outstanding! They were fairly busy for a Sunday and it was nice to see it. Our waitress was a little unexperienced . She needed to not come as often and keep asking questions. She was friendly & did a good job on her service. Overall it was a great experience!

Railing on stairway was sticky - had to wash my hands after touching it. Grilled octopus was inedible - super chewy. Meals were good. Service was very good. Was hoping to find a regular place to get Italian from and sadly this won't be it for us.

My wife and I were out for Italian on Valentines Day. I have to say we were impressed with the choices of entrees and the house cocktails were fantastic. My wife had the lobster carbonara and said it was amazing. She ordered the salad also and we both couldn't finish it. It was delicious. We ordered the calamari, smelt, and huge fried shrimp for an appetizer. It was perfect. I had the Rigatoni bolognese and the serving was gigantic. I ate about 1/4th and took the rest home. The entree was delicious and filling. We are in our late 50s and seemed like we were the eldest couple there much to my surprise. Highly recommend this restaurant for all ages if you enjoy authentic Italian with great service and descent pricing.

My second time there 1st time I was given a martini in a margarita glass 2nd time we had to clear our own table after appetizers no one showed up to clear before entree came!waited for forks basically left there,my meal wasn't what the menu described.I will NEVER go back.

Probably the worst dining experience I've had as an adult. Our waitress was rude and completely inattentive. Not sure if she was having a bad night or that's the normal level of service there. Food was mediocre at best but the poor service overshadowed the food by a lot.

Fiamma's is a renovated old building that is all old brick inside and much of the original features remain. I love ve that they used older tables that have been refinished or old antiqued tables. They fit perfectly with the old world charm. It is warm and homey. Loved it!! The food was yummy and not typical “italian fare” It was a wonderful experience and I am looking forward to a 2nd visit.

It was my boyfriend and I's first time here. Our server was amazing! Explained everything us, answered any and all questions we had. Service was super quick and such an overall good experience!

Was a great experience with my girlfriend, it was our one year anniversary and we went out here. Our server was around to ask for anything we needed just the right amount, led us through the menu, and the food was up quick and was delicious.

Fiamma Centro is our favorite restaurant--we are even hosting our rehearsal dinner here in September! You won't find better Italian cuisine in Rochester. I just hope they bring back the Guis!
