3/11/24: The place was clean. The workers were professional. The food tasted good, but the vegeburger was just literally vegetables. There was no vegetarian patty! Being that it's a burger ? joint, it seemed to be misleading, but again, it tasted good. It may have been an expensive meal. I'm not sure, because I'm used to San Francisco prices, so it seemed to be reasonably priced in Rochester. At $17+, it was not cheap.

My favorite location. Friendly staff and clean dining area.Only complaint is occasionally they don't wait until you arrive to drop the fries and you get limp fries but they will redo them if you ask.
Hadn't been here for a long time, but boy have things changed, and not in a bad way! The whole place felt a little bit more modern and sleek than I remember, but the food was just as good! Glad the peanuts haven't gone away, either! That's half the fun of going!

This is the best five guys I’ve been to. It is huge. The customer service is great like you’re going to love it here to take out, but definitely to dine in. If you want to go, sit down to eat somewhere with some good burgers, go sit at the five guys at this location. Love it

Food was put together in a very sloppy way, ingredients were subpar, the wait was long, the fries were soggy. Nobody cares there, and it tastes like it. Truly a one star experience.
