I love this place! Lived in Greece 60 years and it’s hands down my favorite restaurant-bar on the west side. Classy and small, amazing selection of whiskeys, cozy, beautifully lit, astonishingly good food- Flight West has it all. Except one thing. If you’re going to offer so much beautiful scotch, you’ve got to get Drambuie. Nothing beats a Rusty Nail as an after dinner drink. I’d like to give it a 4.9 stars. Try the bao bao buns! Last night had the Kung Pau calamari - fabulous. Wasn’t a huge fan of the octopus. Surprisingly good charcuterie. I’m rooting for them to become a permanent part of the town.

This place is such a vibe. Hadn't even heard of it until we started frequenting a couple of the liquor stores in Greece. This place has a really cool atmosphere and the food is just SO GOOD. Also, for bourbon/whiskey lovers- this place has QUITE the variety of options. Didn't try any cocktails this time, but will definitely be back to chill.

The atmosphere was certainly festive. It was very busy but we were seated right away. Not necessarily a good place for an intimate experience. It was pretty loud.

Myself and my wife met two friends at flight west a few months back, I noticed a 60 day dry aged steak on the menu. I ordered the steak, when it came out, I noticed it was small for a $100 steak, when I ate some of it, I noticed it wasn't dry aged, due to the fact that I eat several high end steaks, on top of that , all I could taste was the heavy pepper on top! I let everyone at the table try it, they all agreed, but I wasn't gonna say anything. Everyone at my table told the waitress, a couple minutes later, the Chef, if that's what you wanna call this guy, came to our table and just started arguing with me, and I'm the one that didn't wanna say anything! He was sooo arrogant that I will NEVER eat there again!!!

I had to specifically ask for some sort of nosing glass, I said "a brandy balloon wine glass or anything please" Got my brandy balloon but then later saw whisky being brought out in Glencairn glasses!!! Kind of annoying, going to have to actually ask for a Glencairn next time I guess... because I WILL DEFINITELY GO AGAIN! The food was amazing, servers were really good and yeah... its a whisky nerds dream come true! Just PLEASE offer out the Glencairn to anyone to asks for whisky neat! What an atrocity to serve fine scotch in a tumbler!

It takes alot to earn a 5 star rating but Flight West definitely deserves it. I cam here while in the area for work and so glad I did. From the time we arrived service was great. Tara did a great job. I ordered a flight of Ryes and ended the evening with a smoked old fashioned which was amazing. The food options are good but pricey. I ordered the burger and it was ok. Nothing stood out but definitely good quality ingredients. It was overcooked. The selection of drinks especially the bourbon/whisky were astounding. Definitely will come back.
