The social distance rule was a double standard, quite irritating actually. I purchased my ticket to the event just like everyone else. When I got there, I ordered food, since I was going to be drinking a few beers. While drinking my beer, was told by security that I have to wear my mask. Not sure how that's possible. I noticed lots of people were not wearing masks, like the guy right next to me. Pointed that out and was told they are sitting, they don't need to. Looked for somewhere to sit and there wasn't a spot. Over sold the show. I guess. Had to eat standing up and was again confronted by the same security that I had to sit down to eat, where I pointed out there wasn't any where to sit. Security didn't care just said I had to follow the rules. First time I'd been out to a show in quite a while and after being there for 20 minutes, I was aggravated. There wasn't any kind of social distance with any of the table as the patrons were all right next to each other without the need to wear their mask. But they were sitting, so according to Flour City, that was OK. Poor planning, Should have enough seats to accommodate everyone that prepaid. 3 star cause at least the food was good and the entertainment was amazing. Get it together Flour City and treat everyone equal.

They had their first post Covid event. We paid extra money for seats so we could take off a mask and... Obviously sit down. No seats available. Security came around and said something when we had a mask off. We said... Well are we going to get seats we paid for? Nope.Line for beer was 20 minutes.It's like it was their first time ever having a concert. Very poor.

I don't even know where to start?!?!! This place is amazing!!! Matt who answered the phone for us to order was phenomenal! Ran us through the menu and about the new special going on and answered all of our food allergy questions and was just a great experience! THEN we get home and dug in and oh my Lord, this is THE place to go to for the best garbage plate ever! This is where I'm going from here on out for a garbage plate! 12/10 will recommend!!

In the midst of covid, greatly missing attending shows and socially drinking at flour city, we found out they were serving food for take out, in an effort to stay open. Eager to support them, and obviously eat a plate, we a ordered bacon cheeseburger plate. Definitely my favorite burger plate so far, the burgers are a good thickness and seasoned, chili is great, and the meat hot has such a great flavor to it. Highly recommend anyone to get a plate from flour city
Been wanting to try a plate from FCH for quite a while. Well, today was the day. The plates we grabbed tonight were the absolute best I’ve ever had. Wow! The meat sauce was phenomenal as is the grilled potatoes and the chili! Definitely getting more soon!

All around awesome venue! There is a parking lot on site, was only $5 for a Saturday night show. There is plenty of free street parking as well just be mindful of signage. The sound guy there is phenomenal! Could not believe the sound quality. As a performer I was really impressed with how professional he was taking the time to make sure everything is perfect. Food is great as well!!!

They don't have a great selection of liqour but they have a decent amount of different beers. . It's good to come here to see live music but not my personal go to for hanging out with friends if there isn't any. I've been there on a Saturday where it's super dead but also super packed so I guess it depends on the bands/music playing at the time.

By far one of my top 5 favorite venues in Rochester for local music and drinks. Bartenders are good at managing a busy counter during a crowd. Whoever organizes the music, you do a great service for the community and the local musicians the we are fortunate to have here in Rochester!
