The Genesee Brew House is a true gem,nestled in the High Falls District. You know the food is great,as the restaurant is always busy and fun. I love the full menu,including delicious appetizers,just for starters. I’ve never been disappointed,in my experiences there!! A quick tip for Rochester style trash plate aficionados…..their plate is beyond perfect and it will leave you full. Down stairs,you will browse through tons of Genesee tee shirts,hoodies,and gifts! A+

I hadn’t been back in years(when only 1st floor was accessible). It was great to see the whole renovation complete! Great food and great atmosphere! We will be definitely coming back again!

If you won't appreciate the classic Genesee beers the beer won't win you over.The garbage plate was good. They used a heavier pasta so it held up well. The hot sauce was tasty but was more of a meat paste than a sauce.

For a brewery, this place was pretty good. The drinks were cheap and the ahi tuna salad I got was amazing. It is worth a visit!

I took my daughter-in-law to visit Rochester, where I use to live, thought I couldn’t pass up the brewery. Boy was I wrong! It was going good , great staff, till the manager came up. See I have a service dog and the manager demanded that I tell her why I needed one. Told her that it was against the law for her to ask but she still demanded that I tell her. Since this was the first time my daughter-in-law was in NY I let it go and told her. But it embarrassed me so bad! Due to this experience I will never go back. This happened on May 26 2022 about 5 PM

For truckers, please take note you cannot use the St Paul exit on Inner Loop, as there is a low clearance 11'3" in the way at Clumerland St on St Paul. Instead, use State St exit and go around.

What a great can. So simple. So apealing. What a great date.. 1878. A very nice logo. Red and white. This is what dad used to drink. Lotta nostalgia here. Gotta find some Genesee gear. Hopefully with a reference to the 1878 year. I have a little time. So I share this rhyme. Drink it in a box. Drink it with a fox. Drink it at your house share it with a mouse... Or your spouse.... We went for lunch and we’re blown away with food and service! Ryan is a real asset to the company! We had a slight problem he straighten it out and everything was great we will b back again! The Best Reubens in town and those Buffalo Pierogis were to die for!
