I give this place 5 stars not because it is very upscale, but the food is always hot, exactly as ordered, tasty, and the customer service is great. I've been 3x so far, and have added this place to my list of go to breakfast/brunch spots. Every time I've gone the crowd has been middle and upper aged, of all demographics, and pleasant. I will definitely be back, and recommend it to tjose who prefer good food and qaulity customer service. I'll also add, I took my 4 yr old with me on my second visit, and all staff were very pleasant with her even after she knocked a cup of tea over. This may seem a small deal to some, but how you're treated, especially with children, tells a lot about a business.

Diner food par excellance with a creative twist here and there. Generous and tasty portions. ALWAYS served with courtesy and a smile. The entire atmosphere makes you feel like family. No 'strangers' here, so don't be one if you're in metro- Rochester or the neighborhood. Their 50 years in business says more than just a few words in this review.MikeLKid-friendliness: It's a family atmosphere and expects respectful behavior by ALL.
That cheeseburger platter was delicious and that coffee and ice water was too. The waitress was so sweet and honest I just let her have the whole $20. That made my day today and I was full up until about 6PM today. I'm glad we still have this place here. Thank you so much.
