As a former NYC resident, this is the closest I've tasted thus far that compares to nyc. We ordered shrimp and broccoli, bone-in ribs and pork lomein and tostones which was a plus to find since it seems to be very rare in Rochester. This will be my go to.

My family bought food from Great Win on Saturday December 16th.The meals were horrible starting with the sesame chicken hard couldn't cut through it even with a knife totally unable to eat.As for the rest of meal very bland.I would not recommend anyone wasting their hard earned money on this establishment.

Do NOT get sesame or any chicken cooked similar to it. It is all rock hard & stringy. Absolutely unedible. Then when we called them to try to get a refund (for only the chicken, not the rest of the order) they kept putting us on hold for 10 minutes to "talk to a manager". They must have like 8 managers there. But not one knows how to manage anything.If you do get bad food make sure you save it because to get a refund you must bring it back to them.
Absolutely disgusted not only with the food but the service along with the people after calling them and let him know that the food was like a rock and that our children are unable to eat it because it was so hard they couldn't chew calling them they kept placing me on hold for nearly a half hour made several attempts to speak to the manager sitting on hold anywhere from 5:00 to 7 minutes each time a total of 35 minutes finally they contact back said they want their food brought back to them I tried to explain I drive 20 minutes to your restaurant I'm not going to waste another hour of my day away from my children simply refund the money for the chicken that we could not eat they refuse they then called back and said the owner denied our refund would not suggest anybody eating here at all

I like their food particularly because lately, a lot of Chinese restaurants are changing their crab Rangoon, making them smaller, which sucks, they're not as soft and there's hardly any filling but Great Win continues to make their Crab Rangoon in the triangle shape... Yummy!
