Got the fried chicken sandwich, which was pretty good. Service was very friendly too. One week later, different service lady, and she flat out denied that fried chicken was even a menu option. I pointed it out on the printed menu taped to their counter, and she still claimed it isn't being served here. Ordered another sandwich, roast beef. The difference in quality was astonishing, and not in the good way. Ordered a fried chicken tenders sandwich later on, it was a soggy mess. I'm sorry I don't usually like giving out negative reviews, but I would recommend subway over this place with how things are going.

Friendly service and absolutely delicious, fresh, warm spinach & artichoke dip with fresh chips like I’ve never had- sprinkled with just a hint of red pepper. Quite the nice surprise for our day out!

Ordered the French Dip; cold mozzarella, well done roast beef just heated to warm, on an untoasted sliced sub roll, and approximately 2 ounces of the Au jus, for $12.A toasted sub roll with melted mozzarella, piping hot thin sliced roast beef dipped in Au jus, and 6 ounces for dipping is a great French Dip. Watered down Au jus is horrible.Plus, why have a cook who is on the clock making his own food, not the customers, then goes and clocks out, without making orders.

Ever since new ownership I have been there 3 times. The prices went up, and the menu choices went down to basically nothing. Really disappointing because It use to be a great place.

One of my favorites in the South Wedge area. I've eaten here several times, and came back with my husband today who also loved their food. Service was friendly and professional, and I love their decorations and brick wall, giving the NYC vibe true to their name. Variety of foods offered that are sure to please!

Big delicious sandwiches! They tell you the weight of the meat on your sandwich! I love that feature!

Food is great, always has been. The wait is very long, long when you go in to order, long when your on the phone for over 5 minutes waiting for your order to be taken. Love to support, wish it was easier to do so.

It is so sad to see what harry G's has become since COVID-19. They are under new management or ownership still carry on the name but far from being what I've known them to be. Their new menu does not consist of the same named items that we've grown to love they are now a build it sub shop. The problem with this method is you pay for each and every topping you put on your sandwich so if you order a steak sub that's all you're going to get steak on a bun, if you want for example peppers, onions, mushrooms, and cheese you have to pay two dollars per topping. In essence I paid $25 for (2) 6-inch subs go figure. This is a hard pill to swallow being that this was one of my favorite spots to go eat, but sorry to say they will no longer have my business. Hopefully they can bring back the same prices, quality and great food of yesteryear until then au revoir' my old friend‼

When I heard Harry Gs was changing ownership, I really tried to keep an open mind. Both times I’ve gone since the changeover, the food was been less than stellar. They doubled the price of their most popular sandwich, culled the majority of the menu and made it one size only, cut portions, and the food is mainly bland and lukewarm. Such a s shame.

A top spot for Cafe food. This location is absolutely outstanding. The service here is better than most. Prices that won't break you. Ambience is similar to Fresno's scene.

They need to update their website! The menu under website says that a large Pittsburgh sandwich is $9.99. They charged me $18. How do you justify an $18 sandwich in Rochester New York.
