Something needs to change. I went Saturday morning at 10 am with my family of 3 (including myself), took us a decent amount of time to be seated (about 30 minutes). The problem was when we sat down. Took someone about 30-45 minutes to acknowledge us and take our order. Other tables started to complain because they've been seated for 1.5 hours, and still did not receive their food, while other tables that came in after, ate and left. People on the other side that were seated after my family and I, also ate and left. After my family has been sitting for 2 hours - mind you, we have a 3-year old - the waitress/server tells us that she "forgot" to put our order in, and that if we want to wait it'll be another 30 minutes. We left. I was watching her the entire time, and instead of putting our order in and doing her job, she was focusing on the drama with her other coworkers, which was about other people not doing their job, i.e. her. Will not be returning. We already only have one IHOP in town, and if service continues on, we won't have any.

My husband and I went to your restaurant Thursday 4/4 for dinner after helping neighbors all day with storm clean up. We were exhausted and hungry. We want to thank the two sisters who stayed beyond their shift to provide for the out-of-power public! They were kind and delightful!! They said there was a team of brothers working in the kitchen! Thank you to them also. The protein pancakes were deciduous!!!!
Hostess tried to put my party of 4 on a waiting list when there was only three tables seated in the entire restaurant. Place is an absolute joke

The food was hard and cold.The server who attended me was a girl called Joan she was complaining that serving wasn’t her job and I wait an hour for my food and then I wanted a dessert she bring me the check I pay and wait a lot for my dessert and the store didn’t had a lot of customer at that time.
