I went there because the store was thoughtful to celebrate Special Olympics that one day. We walked in and ordered and paid for the meal.One mini turkey sub with cheese, chips and a drink was 12.79. Most people order a medium. The cost is a little high or it may be just me. The counter, where the staff made sandwiches was not clean. Meat on the slicer was left there. I never see that at the one Jersey Mike's in Webster. Staff was courteous.I encountered a huge mistake. A staff member told the woman next to me that she had to leave as she brought her dog in. I am so sorry I left as emotional support dogs are there for a reason, like a service dog! The manager came over and said how would it look to the customers with a dog in the store. They have to maintain a certain level of cleanliness. WHAT? Then the manager said that a customer with a service dog bought food and left. So? That was that person's decision. The dog has papers! I am disgusted by this gross error of judgment. There wasn't a sign on the door!! These animals are protected and to be told to leave, is so wrong!!! The woman who brought the dog is disabled in a wheelchair!!!!! She had papers for the emotional support animal. I will NOT go to that store.P.S. Received word from the franchise owner that what happened was wrong. The training of team members will include information that Service dogs and Emotional support dogs will be welcomed! This is great news. I will gladly go to Jersey Mike's. I wish that the business will be a community supported business!

This was my first ever visit to Jersey Mike's. The restaurant was extremely clean. The choices of subs were impressive ?....many hot and cold varieties of subs. I got the turkey club with a rosemary parmesan roll ..mmmmm. The sandwich tech sliced all meat and cheese fresh for each sub (you can't get any fresher than that!) He was extremely upbeat, kind, efficient, and entertaining...very into his job. The "gigantic sub" was about 15-16 inches long!! Holy cow! However, the price was that of a large anywhere else. My sub was brimming full of deliciousness and fresh ingredients. They even have chopped cherry peppers ( which I tried for the 1st time and also loved) One of my favorite subs and sub restaurants ever now. You need to go to Ridge Road Jersey Mike's (just off St. Paul) in Rochester. Absolutely thee best!PS..they also have to "gigantic subs" for only $25 on game days! What?!!! You have to go today.Parking: Large plaza with plenty of parking and wheel chair accessible spots

Very poor service. Ordered 3 subs and payed for three subs. Waited like 15 minutes and they only gave me one sub. Told them I ordered 3 so I waited another 25 minutes until they finally started making my two missing subs. The lady working there just left the two subs without apologies and no bag offered. I had to ask. Almost an hour wasted.
I really liked their Italian sub. Bread holds up well, and veggies tasted fresh.

First time EVER being on a Jersey Mike’s and quite frankly I probably would rate subway up the street as a 5 star doing a comparison, the guy taking the order never took off his gloves to write everyone’s order there was not paper of anything under these subs as they made them (other than the employee making my steak sub — I THINK I saw him put something under the Sub) in the mayo there was an onion , as well as what I think was a red chunk of salsa or what ever red sauce was by it or a chunk of tomato, there was a slice of tomato in the container that looked rotten. All the employees talking as the made the food , I wasn’t sure if they where talking to us or their coworkers at one point . It was just such a horrendous IN PERSON first time experience. I’m going to be 100% honest. My husband paid $40 for our subs and i went home and made ramen noodles, as much as I wanted to not pay and just leave as I’m watching this my husband was “too embarrassed” to walk out after ordering. Glad I got to feed someone else though. Pics will be included in it let’s me

Tasty & delicious! Efficient, quick and friendly staff (which is tougher to find in the area) Especially quick service. If you haven't given Jersey Mikes a shot yet, now is your chance. They make good subs, have a great loyalty rewards programs for free subs. I've been going here since they opened and have never had a problem with the food or service. My recommendation would be the hot steak or chicken subs. Again, very tasty and delicious!! A must try sub shop in my opinion.Kid-friendliness: Great environment for the whole family.
