Of all the options for lunch in Rochester, NY (and there are hundreds), this is CLEARLY my go-to location in Gates. The store is bright and clean, including the tables, chairs, and restrooms. The rolls, cold cuts, dressings, lettuce, etc, are always fresh and delectable looking! And I love being a club member, where I accrue points for application in the future each time I visit. Nate does a good job, and the girls are ALWAYS sweet, friendly, and accommodating. They make it seem like they enjoy their work and meeting the customers, and that is no easy task! My favorite of them all however is Kayla, Jersey Mike's Director of Operations..I think I'm in love with her. If only I were 30 years younger!

For me I didn't like, kind of looking like subway! Expansive, no attention to detail! Just throw together, next! But respect to the staff ! Friendly room for improvement ! Need insensitive to return!

Food was very tasty but, what a mess. Way too much Frank's Red Hot sauce. Had to eat it with a fork and knife. I'd prefer to eat a sandwich by hand. I'll still go back for sure.
Ordered a chicken bacon ranch. Sandwich was just meh. Got food poisoning from it.
