Got 3 juices from here, we got the grate-ful days, save the sharks, and kale ale juices. Best juices I've ever had, the the perfect balance of fruitiness and healthiness. The recipes are perfectly mastered and would love to get them. Will be trying to remake when home

Really nice little place! All of the employees were super friendly and helpful. Smoothie I got was delicious, if pricey ($9 for a 12-ounce smoothie). But they're smoothies made fresh, with high-quality ingredients, so I'm not surprised. I probably won't go again because I just can't spend $10+ (after tax and tips) on a single drink. But if I get rich, I'll absolutely stop by more frequently!

This is a friendly place with knowledgeable staff. The drinks are delicious and made with super fresh, organic vegetables and fruits. I love that I can go in there and ask the barista which of the smoothies would help remedy whatever ailment I might be having that day. They're also very flexible with adjusting the juice/smoothie recipes according to which ingredients one prefers. I wish I lived closer to this place so I could start every morning off with one of their delightful smoothies .

they have very limited options. they do not allow you to make your own juice. Their smoothies are somewhat flavorful.
I have been coming here since the old University Ave location. However, the customer service has gotten progressively worse and the service is extremely slow. Today, I went to purchase a Tropical Green Smoothie with ginger, a stuffed date, and a juice as I normally do at least every other week. One person struggled to fill 4 containers of a green, while another kept sampling the green juice to make sure it was what the customer asked for because it wasn't labeled and another person continued to wash blenders even after being asked to help me. This went on for almost 10 minutes. I never even got to order my smoothie. I put the juice and the date back and left. This is not the first time I have been treated rudely. I will never be back. I am going to tell everyone I know to go somewhere else. The only time it seems to run smooth is when the owner is there.

Last week I had an amazing experience after visiting your shop after a recommendation. I live now live two hours away and only get the occasional opportunity to come back. I had the "Hot Mama" and it was by far the most awesome smoothie I'd ever had. Not only did it have enough "heat," I felt amazing after having it.I will definitely make sure anytime I come to Rochester, I'll be making a stop at JJ4L. At the time, I purchased several juices to take home. Anti-inflammatory, Blue Dream, and Dragon's Breath. They were all fantastic! The staff were very friendly and explained multiple options based on my preferences. The store was clean, bright, and inviting.
