This is the 4th time I’ve been here and the 4th time they e messed up my order. Normally it’s missing something but the last 2 times I went I order extra crispy chicken and I get this soggy barely cooked chicken. That’s literally your job to sell chicken and it’s so messed up all the time! My wife’s original recipe was crispier than my extra crispy! How does that even happen? do better!

Picking up orders that are not ready or started by the time you get there plus no time for order to be ready and rude customer service. Managers needs to implement time and customer care because they way one guys was there and loed about being the manager after being very rude is unacceptable. Do better !

Just got there new fill up box. What a joke! There was less than a handful of fries and was cold, the nuggets looked like the remains of what sat in the fryer from 3 orders earlier, biscuits would have taken melted butter and turn it into bricks of butter because of how cold they were. The actual chicken was good but didn't enjoy because how disappointing the rest was! Quality doesn't exist anymore, sad.

Ordered a 16 piece online after 30 minutes the order was marked as ready. I drove there and was told it would be another 30 minutes and that it was my fault it was taking so long because I ordered a 16 piece. I then asked how I would be notified that my order was ready since it has already been marked as ready. I was rudely told "you can wait here or go home and come back in 30 minutes".

Ordering a chicken sandwich they just put two chicken strips on a bun because they are too lazy to cook the real breast piece. Chicken was soggy like it was cooked long ago and kept warm. Second time this happened to me, it's worth driving to the good KFC at West Ridge road instead.

This store always seems to have a thirty minute wait for every kind of chicken. Placed an online order thinking we could wait the thirty minutes at home before picking it up. The order is marked ready online after about 25 minutes and when we get there to pick it up, we are told yeah it’s going to be at least thirty minutes for chicken ? not sure how they manage to get away with marking the orders ready and then telling people to come back in another 30-40 minutes. Ended up canceling the order and going somewhere else.
bruh this was the most buttcheeks service ever, even for KFC smh. it’s dumb, stupid, wrong and dumb. my friends and i had to go get cups and sauves ourselves, nobody was at the front took us awhile to get our food. retarded and wrong. disgrace to fast food itself.

It's been a while since I came to KFC because if a bad experience last time. This time, it was different! The young lady that was behind the counter told her she was going to have everything fresh for me. I really appreciated that. Everything was hot and fresh. The fries had just come up. It was awesome! My only gripe was sauce used to be free when you got an 8 piece bucket it should be the lady proceeds to tell me they charge for it now. I always get the extra crispy it has more calories and tastes better
