The folks at mamasan's are just lovely and so nice! Cannot speak highly enough of the beef pho; it is PHENOMENAL! even if you get it to go!
Ordered Phat Thai. Initially wrong dish was served. Waitress said would be another few minutes as my wife already had her dish. A couple minutes later I was served a plate of cooked noodles with practically uncooked veggies, chicken pieces thrown in with no flavor at all, and the dish had pretty much no seasoning. Since no one was coming around to the table to check up I brought it up to the counter and without checking the dish I was told there was nothing wrong. I never had this dish so poorly prepared anywhere. Surely in their rush to get it out to me someone screwed up. We packed up our meals and left. Had to cook mine at home and season it to make it edible. They make you pay and tip there before your meal is served so there is that. I don't remember ever being served a worse meal but it was the lack of consideration that was particularly upsetting as there is no way this was the correct preparation by the cook.

Not a good place at all - was visiting Rochester w family. I love Vietnamese food but this is nowhere close to anything I have eaten. I ordered pork chop player, veggie soup , and noodles — left the soup after first spoon, pork was hard dry and cold, noodles were bad as well.Try Thai Bistro!! It is amazing— for same $17 a dish you will get quality atmosphere and awesome food!!!

Mamasan employee threatened me with pepper spray over a parking space.Parking: Mamasan employee should be fired. He threatened a Veteran with stage 4 cancer, heart disease, coronary artery disease, hearing loss and nerve damage with pepper spray over a parking space. For all I knew he could have been just another area panhandle.

The food here is delicious and the staff are very friendly. The only negative is the smell of the restaurant. I'm sure it's an issue with their pipes or something, and not the kitchen or anything to do with the food, but the smell is off putting especially when you dine in. If they are able to take care of that, 5 stars easy!

Drive thru service is horrible , the man was yelling at me to repeat my name then said I had to wait because they were busy ! Only reason they are getting 2 starts is because the woman waved me to the window and was very nice , and the other reason is the food smelled good .
