A decent burger for a hotel restaurant. The bacon was the best part, super thick and good flavor. The burger itself was a little bland. Fries were average. Not bad for a quick bite if you don't want to go out and find something.

Ally was the best server my family has encountered in years!

The woman who manages the restaurant is absolutely amazing. She acts like an owner and genuinely cares about the customers and how they’re doing. Thank you so much! I wish I got your name. The front desk staff is indifferent and unhelpful. I wouldn’t call them rude, though. In the end, I think it’s a question of the training they have received and the span of control they’re given.

We use this hotel each year on our trip to Ohio from Maine. Easy to find from I 90. We were welcomed by Diamond at reception in a professional and friendly manner which was nice after a long drive. The rooms are clean and tidy, quiet nights rest , breakfast is always good and we were on our way again.Will. be using this hotel again ! Again a big Thank You to Diamond, definitely an asset to the hotel.

Master of hotel living, or so it seems. This gem doesn't look all that impressive from the outside, the lobby 3.5/5 but there is a bar, breakfast in am, your standard amenities. Hallways are clean, satiate and multiple elevators. Now the rooms, wow! Not what I would've expected. Medium-small refrigerator (not the tiny ones), microwave, and the room was big and dare I say, on par with Residence inn (Marriott preference here). Would recommend:)

We stayed here and also rented the ballroom for a celebration of life for my dad. They were so accommodating! Ballroom was very reasonably priced and was set just as we had gone over. They went out of their way to make sure our whole stay was perfect. The breakfast was great and the whole staff and managers were just awesome! I have seen complaints on room size, and yes, it is an older style hotel with lower ceilings, so this may make it seem more cramped. But our suite was clean and inviting and bed and bedding was great.

First Don and Skylar are amazing, they hands down have made my experience here the best. All of the staff are very helpful but those two have gone far above my expectations. The complimentary breakfast is very good, lots of options for those with certain food allergies. The evening social is such a fantastic add in. Everyone here is so respectful and helpful with anything you need. This is my second time staying here totally 4 weeks. My review has been the same since day one. The location is perfect, right next to any major company or shopping centers for whatever you need.

Not impressed with this particular Holiday Inn location at all. I've stayed in a number of Holiday Inn hotels across Canada and the United States, and I must say, this is probably the worst one I've ever stayed in. Upon arriving, you might think you've picked a good hotel to stay at because the lobby is quite nice and provides a welcoming feel. The hotel is also located in a nice area of the city with many amenities and restaurants nearby. The staff are also very friendly and will definitely go out of their way to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The breakfast they serve is also of good quality. While these are great factors in deciding where to stay, that's unfortunately where the positives end for me. First of all, the hallways leading to the hotel rooms are VERY dirty and look as if they had not been cleaned for weeks. Who's been taking care of cleaning? Hello? Also, while the rooms themselves are not bad, they too were quite dirty. My hotel room's phone wasn't even functioning either! When I tried to call the front desk to request a late checkout, all I got was a busy tone (and this was around 9am when I called). I know the phone wasn't working because I even tried calling the restaurant once and that number too wasn't working. The elevators are in terrible shape as well. Not only are they so tiny that bringing in luggage is a huge struggle, they run like crap and make weird noises that make you wonder if you'll get stuck. The stairs aren't any better, you have to constantly watch your head to make sure you don't bump it against the very low ceilings. Also, this is not necessarily a complaint, but a rather minor detail - the keycard system is still old style, meaning you have to insert your room key into the reader to unlock the door. It's 2022... most hotels have you tap your card on a scanner. Get with it, Holiday Inn Marketplace... Another MAJOR, MAJOR con for me was how unsafe I felt while staying here. While nothing bad obviously happened, this particular hotel gave off so much negative energy that I felt like I could be under attack at any time. Some people you don't want to be seeing also hang around this hotel so do be mindful of that as well. I would steer clear of this hotel and look for a better hotel in the area.

We have stayed here for many years, but missed a few because of covid. Nice to see the hotel has been updated and the location is good with lots of stores and restaurants close by. My complaint is the breakfast was freezing cold both mornings. If it was free, I could overlook it, but considering they charge extra for breakfast, I would expect better. We stay in lots of HI Express when we travel and the breakfast is always free and better than what we got here. There was no one monitoring the food - it seemed like they set it out at 630 and didn't bother to refresh or check on it, which was disappointing. They also didn't have any coffee available in the lobby in the afternoon/evening, which seems cheap and ridiculous - this is such an easy perk to provide to guests - they will argue that coffee pods are available in rooms, however we never had our room cleaned while we stayed, so nothing was replenished. There was also a lot of annoying hockey kids staying there at the same time - they were noisy and made quite a mess in the hallway and lobby. Their coach/parents should manage their behaviour better but this also reflects badly on the hotel and management should be more strict on making sure the hotel can be enjoyed by all guests.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Review is completely based on room condition. Pillows had stains, ceiling was falling in multiple places. Carpets had stains, lots of dust and grease stains.

On the whole, my six-day stay at this Holiday Inn was good. The staff at the front desk was helpful and friendly. My room was clean, if perhaps a little beat-up. I noticed some staining and gouges in the wallpaper and upholstery, and the table in the combined kitchenette/living area was a little worse for wear. One thing that did slightly frustrate me was that I repeatedly requested that housekeeping make a sweep through my suite to empty trash, pick up dirty towels, replenish toilet paper, etc. I believe I requested this three different times, but housekeeping never actually tidied up my room. I ended up having to track down a housekeeper and request more trash bags and toilet paper, since we had run out. However, when we realized that we needed to do a load of laundry, we found that the guest laundry facility was right down the hall from the room, which was extremely convenient. I would recommend this hotel to travelers that need a safe, clean, affordable place to stay.

If you are hoping to sleep in your hotel room, find another hotel. This seems like a very old hotel that is masquerading as a newer hotel, but it falls short. The decor is colorful and the wallpaper is already peeling. You hear every single person in the hallway - every single noise from adjacent rooms. Cars park less than three feet from the windows. Anytime anyone uses the water (not in your room), it cycles loudly in the room. There is no ventilation at all in the bathroom, so every shower fills the room with steam. The desk is incredibly small. The entrance at one end of the parking lot doesn't accept guest key cards. The hotel is on a loud busy road. There are a number of other hotels in the area.

Pros: rooms were very clean - comfy beds - great counter space in bathrooms - friendly service at the front desk and breakfast area - good soundproofing between rooms - they’ve done well updating an older hotel with fun, hip, colorful decor - lots of plugs in convenient places - cool location close to lots of shopping and restaurants Cons: tiny, stuffy room - AC unit in room doesn’t allow fan to run unless AC is on and turned down very low, so no air circulation at night - many breakfast items were gone by 8:45 and not replaced - awkward elevator placement, especially if using the luggage carts All in all, it was inexpensive but nice and clean so fine for a budget stay.

This is a very clean and comfortable hotel. Several things you should know. The pool is very cold even at the end of June. The front desk staff was very hard to get a hold of on the phone and in person at times. The patio is beautiful. But if you go out there you must walk all the way around the building on the outside to re enter? Very in necessary! The breakfast was very expensive. Didn't see anyone going in to eat. Such a waste!

From the curb this looks like a new or refreshed hotel. The reality is the facade is just that: a facade. Outside of the exterior and the lobby, the rest is a tired, old hotel. You can't easily use luggage carts because of the small elevators, doors to hallways and narrow entranceways. Ceilings are 1970s or 1980s style drop-down ceilings. Hallways are dark. Rooms received a superficial refresh but the TV is from 2011 -- as in 10 years ago -- and the bathroom is NOT refreshed. Mold and mildew in shower. No central lighting. Instead, my room had FIVE different light switches. Basically, this is an OLD 1970s or 1980s Holiday Inn with a facade update. The pool is closed, except to rooms with 2 or more guests. If you're solo you can't use the pool. There's no bar and no restaurant, despite advertising. Similarly, they sell breakfast packages but there's no breakfast because the restaurant is closed. I went to the front desk and asked for a wine glass from the bar and was told they wouldn't get one. Zero IHG elite status recognition. No local newspaper nor any local information, including restaurants. You are better off staying at the Best Western a block way. This is a dumpy old Holiday Inn providing less services and amenities than a Holiday Inn Express.
