Marks is a chain pizzeria. It is pretty consistent between the branches. It's typical western ny thick unless you ask for thin. I like Mark's because their coupons are online with the online ordering. Today I grabbed a large pizza and received a free medium cheese. When I order I get the old world pepperoni.. because cup and char! I am pretty convinced it's the best topping ever. Marks their pepperoni is the standard flat but order the old world you get the better pepperoni. Ordering online is super easy and they have a reward club to earn free items. When I went to pick up the pizza the staff were very friendly.

When the shift manager is more concerned about his "smoke" then washing his hands before serving slices...good bye! Oh...best part he became argumentive when I asked what he thought would happen if the health department walked in when he and others had their masks off...

Brought my son in today and was greater with kindness and excellent service. The nice young man at the counter gave my son a small slushy that made his day! Food and service were great! Thank you to the employees!

I called to speak with a manager about wings i had purchased the night before. He was rude and very insensitive about how my wings were cooked.He was very sarcastic and told me that if they were so horrible i should have called to let them know. Which that was what i was doing when i did call. I also told him i had a video of how squishy they were but he never asked me to see it to verify what i was saying he kept acting like he never heard me say it. The sad part of all of this is that every Friday i get wings from there. So that means i spend quite a bit of money with Mark's. I suggested he show the cook's what extra well done is ir suggested they gove a longer wait time to pick up orders to make sure they are done as asked but he basically made me feel as thpugh i was bothering him. There is another review saying their wings were raw too. So it wasnt just me complaining!

Ordered over the phone, very nice person on the other end. Ordered a medium pizza with pepperoni. quick service... Nice job... Pizza was very good, hit the spot. Will order again from them.

They are a great place to order dinner or run in and grab a slice at lunch. The staff is always freindly. I have a hard time with tomato sauce so I appreciate the fact that the offer multiple other sauces(not just tomato or white) and the even have slices of either sweet chicken or buffalo on hand during the day. Prices are fair for what you get.
Ordered some chicken fingers and fries at 5:48 this evening. My order arrived at 6:55 with luke-warm chicken and cold fries. The last time I ordered from here was almost the same thing. My order arrived more than an hour after I placed it and the pizza was barely warm. I will NEVER order from here again and I recommend that no one else does either.

This location is always great! Food is always fresh and delicious. Staff is always very nice and attentive. Food comes out fairly quick. My boyfriend eats lunch there several times a week and they're always very accommodating to him. Been going to this Marks for a long time and I will continue.

I don't recommend. Marks used to be one of my faves, I don't know what happened to them. The food is very pricey. I ordered a large pepp pizza and a 10 piece wings and it cost me 25.90 but it would've been almost $32 except there was a promotion on the pizza. Pizza was ok but really greasy, the crust was too thick for regular crust which is what I ordered and the cheese was hard. The wings were disgusting! The skin was wet and the chicken was raw . I called to complain and was left on hold more than 5 mins after giving said complaint. Their solution was for me to wait 45+ mins for them to make and deliver new wings or give me a credit on my account. I chose credit but have no way of knowing if thats even true. Very disappointing and messed up my night.
