WowLoved Mary’s in the past but tonight at the Jazz Fest total fail.I understand inflation but this is ridiculous . 13$ for Brisket sandwich. Tiny grocery store bun with one thin slice of Brisket and they forgot the pickles. If you’re charging $13 for a food truck sandwich at least make it Hearty..Done with Marty’s!!!!!!

Oh Marty… you broke my heart tonight…. I used to rave about this place (both the truck and Park Ave location) had even booked the truck myself for an event a few years ago when trucks were just emerging on the scene in Roc.A lovely neighbor booked it tonight for a neighborhood get together. Apparently they arrived late to set up and were not ready to take orders as my fellow neighbors lined up… one menu item was not as advertised (was supposed to be a double burger… was a single, but no cost adjustment!?) the poor staff has payment equipment that was not working and was sent with no cash for change. Host was promised gluten free items that were not available. Initially was told by staff that the host was “picking up the tab” but when I asked her directly she said, oh no!!Gathered my food a half hour after I arrived (I was 3rd in line!!!) and when I got home to eat it all three meals were missing a side (cornbread) and the sandwiches were sloppily thrown together.Marty’s was one of my favorite food trucks once upon a time, but it seems like this Roc staple is off to a sketchy start this summer.

Ordered the chicken sandwich from Marty's on park! It was made quick and tasted delicious! Would 100% recommend.

Cant get better than Marty's! You will get the best food here. And a lot of it. 5 stars to Marty's.

Great brisket and sides. My only complaint is the parking on park Ave. Love that food truck!

Went to the Brighton farmers market, ordered an egg sandwich. The sandwich had burnt and old grease on it from the flat top they were cooking on. My sandwich was foul. I called to mention this to someone at the store and they offered no apology or response. My money will be going elsewhere

Great experience enjoying the food truck! I was at a private event, catered by Marty's and the food was excellent - the pulled pork sliders, the general tso cauliflower... fantastic!! Highly recommend.

UNPLEASANT. my fiancé + i were in the mood for lobster roll. he looked up and found marty's on park. the place is cute with a few unique touches. park offers a lot of outdoor dining -especially on this beautiful day, we thought it'd be fun to enjoy the sights. ultimately, the energy was a lot better outdoors. when entering marty's on park, there is no kind of acknowledgment whatsoever. you do not know what to even do -as in how they process their ordering. we tried to make ourselves comfortable as we waited to place our order. the feeling was very cold, as if you are actually disturbing them for being there. we greeted the person taking our order but he seemed annoyed so we started to feel a bit of pressure with putting in our order. finally, the food was brought out -not that it took long but that you had a sense of wanting to get it over with. i must say that the lobster roll was pretty good. we do however wish that it was served with butter as in every other place that we've enjoyed lobster rolls. we also ordered a sandwich with brisket -that was delicious! i would certainly find myself craving that, but the thing keeping me away is the service. i just think that people should feel welcome. we are big on supporting local businesses and we are certainly aware of how hard this pandemic has hit and affected so many but on top of happily supporting you, we would like to not necessarily feel your problem. i hate to say it but both staff members that we encountered were unfriendly to the point of being rude. i hope that it was only a one day thing as we all have those kinds of days. when we asked for other condiments, they made it clear that they were not pleased. so on that note, food was good, atmosphere/service -NOT; making this an uncomfortable experience.

Weeknights, they're $6 apiece *with fries*. And it's sooooo good. The chicken is really spicy, nice and crispy too. The bleu cheese dressing and homemade pickles, I could die happy. Takeout service was fast, friendly, and safe! Last time I wasn't a huge fan of everything they did, but looks like I ordered the wrong thing.

Price is a little high - $18 for lobster roll combo but it was delicious. The fries were a total surprise however it was a little cold when I picked it up. Overall worth trying!

Stopped in at Marty’s on Park Ave today. Before we placed our order the cashier gave us a list of what was not available; we were limited to chicken and three sides only. We decided to try a half a chicken, fries and Mac salad. We were given a time of twenty minutes for our food to be prepared. We checked back in twenty and we were told to return in another twenty. We waited outside in front of the store. After 50 total minutes we were given one bag containing one to go container. Needless to say we were not given the correct order. We didn’t complain at the time. The workers inside did not appear at all interested in providing customer service. We didn’t ask for a refund either. Ultimately we ate elsewhere and passed the food from Marty’s to a homeless man. Worst service. Subpar. We won’t be back.
