The breakfast sandwich had the stalest bagel I have ever seen. Served with a stone-cold hash brown. Staff & service was fine. Much better to use Hortons or DD.

Always hit or miss with the service. The bathrooms were really dirty when I just went, like disgusting. The food was fine and came out fast but there was no line so I'd hope they would be the case. The most recent time the staff was very kind but the time before I had an extremely impatient and really rude lady talk to be like I was bothering her and I was an idiot. So I guess it's just hit or miss.Kid-friendliness: They have high chairs and stuff like that but this location needs more booths or half booths because my son's too big for their high chairs but can't see the table when sitting on the chairs. Also there really isn't much seating at all at this location period. More of a take out location compared to others in Greece.

Went to the drive thru something was wrong with my order they offer to fix it, i get my new bag and drive off only to realize my fries were pretty much burnt. I know what fresh out the fryer looks like, and this was not it. It was on my path while traveling. Never again, i tell you that much.

My grandfather and I spent 20-30 minutes at this restaurant today 11/18/23 and the service was absolutely terrible they could not even get 2 coffees right or remember that there was a coke on the order never has this joint been this

Use your McDonalds app, save money and use the deals. Best value ever.
Did not get fries in happy meal and the meal fries allegedly just came out of fryer, but were cold. Had to go in to get fries but no one was on front register and it took about 10 minutes to be waited on. Store was not busy. When I did get the fries, they were cold. But I just got out of hospital, I needed to leave and go home, so I did not try and get new hot fries

Quarter pounder bun was super dry as was the burger. Even with a special order of no mustard. Not the first time this happened at this location.

My husband went to your place of business last week around 11:45 am and waited in line to order for dine in. There was one other person in front of him and the counter girl told that person she would be right with her. The girl was putting together orders for the drive though. My husband left after 15 minutes with no service. This happened again this Tuesday (Oct 10, 2023) at the same time. This time he was first in line and there were 6 people behind him. Again, no service after waiting 12 minutes while they prepared orders for the drive through. 2 others left after they saw my husband walk out. Although the Ridgemont location is convenient and we have visited it MANY times in the past. we will NEVER set foot in your place of business again.

It was early Saturday morning when I went to McDonald's and went thru the drive up. At the window I saw a manger yelling at the younger staff & threw a cup at an employee. The team member who was trying to get my order together looked embarrassed. Food was okay but didn't need the behind the scene drama.
