Wouldn't go after dark, too many homeless aggressively patrolling the drive through line and pacing around in the dark. I paid for my order at 1:40am and was told to pull up waiting for fresh fries, I waited till 3:10 am and finally walked up to the window... Every single employee was clueless but seemed to still find my order. Sitting in a warmer. Replaced the fries in it and served it to me, fries were the only edible thing I got on a $30 order. Absolutely abismal, this location needs either flattened or a serious staff retraining.

It’s a lil girl there that worked there cursed out a customer in front of his lil daughter cause they gave out the wrong food she even pulled a knife of the guy after she ripped up his receipt then tried to hit them in her car as they left I hope he suing and he had a lot of witnesses the store was full please shut this place down before someone dies in there

I work delivery and every time I get an order for the store I might as well automatically cancel it because these people are the worst. They saw me several times no one‘s doing anything they’re laughing or walking around joking instead of making this establishment some money I waited 10+ minutes they saw me several times we weren’t doing very much of anything and didn’t come to the door.

Rudest people I've encountered in fast food and I've worked in fast food. We asked to do two separate orders the woman barked at us that they don't do that, then we asked to use two separate cards and she refused to listen to the amount we were trying to put on the card and kept trying to charge one card the full amount of the order. My husband kept trying to tell her the amount that was on the card, she kept the window closed yelling and knocking on the window. Then yells to her manager "come talk to this man" we are still sitting here after the window lady in the pink jacket said "pull up behind that truck" we've been here for over 20 minutes now. I will never be coming back to this location and will be calling corporate.***we ended up leaving. No manager came to talk to us or anything. Insanely rude people. This is why I don't usually go to mcdonalds.

I personally work at Webster McDonald’s on ridge road I’m and I make sure everything is correct they gave me a 20 piece with no sauce when I ask for ranch and a 20 piece comes with 3 sauces and the lady gave us an attitude in drive thru when I asked if she could give me a secondKid-friendliness: Respectfull
