On three separate occasions I received:- An offensively pale Vanilla Latte with no sugar. I asked for extra sugar.- A Sausage Egg and Cheese McGriddle with only sausage. Very dsappointing first bite.-Forgot my chocky milk :'(All in all at least I got some funny stories. The people are pretty nice at least!

The woman taking orders this AM is rude, yelled at me for saying my order after she adored me for it!! Honestly she should be To a non social position where she’s clearly isn’t in contact with humans or just fired. She hid after I said something to the cashier who said and I quote “I’m not the mean one! She’s in the next window!” Make it better corporate, male it make sense!! Or teach them right! If you are not meant to be in service then go find another job!

Went here by drive thru . No one spoke to us thru speaker for a while . I did hear the other line taking orders. Took about 3 orders an I still wasn’t help. So ofcourse I assume that order line wasn’t working so I pulled away. I explained what happen to the young man at the drive thru window what had happen an he reply with “ I can’t take your order as I already got in trouble for that. So You would have to go around! Mind you it’s lunch hour so the drive thru is packed. So i asked for a manager as I wasn’t willing to go back in line all over again. So the manager comes an I explain to her what had happen. Right off the bat she came with an attitude. Told me I had to wait till someone comes on. Mind you cars are coming an going an I’m still waiting. So I told her just that. This chick by the way is named Jasmine ( manager) waves her hand as to never mind me an then tells the cashier to just take her order because I don’t have time for this an walks away leaveing the young man to take my order. Then you wonder why business are slow , having to shut down. If the customer service isn’t right , mistreating the customers then there is your answer as to why sales are down.So Jasmine I hope you have a better day , yet this job isn’t for you . Can’t take the heat then stay out the kitchen.McDonald’s my. Hope location

Just left from this McDonald's around 2pm ish and when I tell you I'm in utter disgust. I get (2) 6pc kids meals with apple juice for my kids. I found ice at the bottom of the happy meal not only that the same happy meal box is a 6pc container filled with Tatar sauce. I called multiple times to speak with a manager and no one answers

Not a great McD. Would avoid this one. Trash was piling up at tables. Cleanliness, in general, was poor. Tough to find condiments and napkins. Some loitering, which usually I don't mind, but when it's half the people there, it gets annoying.

I used to shop here often since it's the closest McDonald's to where I live. But I've had so many issues I can't rate this place well. I'm finally giving up and not going back. Just save yourself the stress and go to the McDonald's on Jay Scutti Blvd or just go to the Wendy's a block away. My main bad experiences:1. Twice I placed an online order to be brought to my car at a designated space. Both times I was waiting 20+ minutes before I just went inside and got my order that was ready. They just never brought it out. No other McDonald's has done this to me.2. Really bad priority management. Whether you go inside or the drive-thru thru people consistently get there after you and are served before you. Last time I went, I waited inside for 25 minutes for food and 5 people who showed up and ordered after me were served first. In the 2 lane drive-thru, they'll take orders from one lane and not the other, and cars that got there after you will consistently be served first.3. Really bad wait times. Whatever the reason, a fast food place should aim to be fast. I think my time spent in the drive thru and in store averages 20-25 minutes and it's just annoying.

Every time I go there I stand there forever before someone even asks me if I need anything.They're always late.The food will be sitting out 10 minutes before I even get it. Ita dirty and disorganized. One time they had a massive coffee spill and it sat there for 20 minutes before someone cleaned it. They are super rude hand me my food and turn right around no thanks have a nice day sorry for the wait or anything everytime i say it i get ignored. Its the worst McDonalds ive ever been too.

Stopped at about seven am for a steak bagel sandwich. Put my change in my pocket paid with a twenty. Got home and had eight dollars instead of thirteen. Stole five dollars from me. Check your money before you leave, this was my last visit to this location.

Absolute worst mcdonald's in the area. All I oder is a LG mocha with no whip cream. They ignore the people waiting at the register, everyone has a bad attitude, including.. especially management! My order is almost always wrong and a coffee shouldn't take 10 mins to fulfill!
