I’d give less if I could. Went in with my family and ate . Idk what kinda of meat they use but it’s definitely not beef . By the time we were done everyone felt I’ll . Next day everyone is completely sick with influenza b . And wouldn’t you know the restaurant is now closed for a week . The silverware they have out isn’t clean probably not even washed . I can’t believe there in buisness . The health dept definitely needs to be notified. Even found black hair in my sandwich . Run don’t walk away from this place . It’s dangerous.

Always a good experience here. I normally call in and get pho to go (btw I read a review below that the food was raw and they had to throw it out... You ding dong, the food is fresh and the broth will cook your raw meat lol). I love the pho broth, excellent flavor and delicious every time! Took my mama out to lunch and was able to grab some photos - the fresh spring rolls were big and packed... So good!!! The staff was very nice and friendly. She enjoyed it here, so we shall be back!

Today I was rudely interrupted during my dinner when the owner came to me to tell me to leave my table & that I can't talk on the phone (Paid her entirely no mind cause huh) by the time I requested for my Check they then disregarded my need for the check because the owner claimed he no longer brings the bill to the table which initially sounded absurd because I am a regular here last male waiter never did that! So I get up to pay, the nosey cooks from the back come out like why can't you be nothing like your mom? Crazy right the old me would have let them have IT! the new me just gone call the health department cause y'all should treat everybody fairly! Never going back ! GO TO SAIGON OR SEA AT THIS POINT MAKING THEM RICH FOR NO REASON !

The Pho broth was really delicious and the food was quickly served hot. I love how there were plenty of silverwares and napkins on the table. The atmosphere is nice and quiet as well. I would’ve given it a 5 star but there were eggshells on my eggs.

Great Vietnamese restaurant~if you like spicy food highly recommend Bun Thai Tom yum seafood noodle soup! It had lots of umami flavor and was delicious. The fresh spring rolls were also delicious!They have seafood options for pescatarians

If you can look pass the service (which is rarely the issue), the food is absolutely amazing and totally worth it. I occasionally come here whenever I can and always rotate around the bun bo hue (delicious and savory noodle soup) or the rice and porkchop plate. I even get a bahn mi to go. I always recommend me this place to my friends and family if they want a comforting and cheap taste of vietnam. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

local vietnamese family owned restaurant with amazing food. my friends recommended me this place as "the best viet food in rochester" and they didn't lie. first time i got the bun bo hue to go - hands down the second best bun bo hue i have had. second time i visited i tried their bun rieu for the first time and it the broth was so flavorful. my friend got hu tieu and she loved it as well. quick service and delicious food with amazing flavors. would definitely recommend and come back when i'm in town.

I literally emptied the bowl including the broth.- The fresh spring roll is at/above average, no surprise, but definitely no disappointment.- The chicken wings are at average, but it is a huge serving in terms of the price. So, satisfying enough!- The iced coffee is veeeery sweet and thick. I added some ice water to it and it tastes perfect. YMMV.2. About serviceNobody says anything redundant, but with full respect to me. I felt very comfortable eating here alone. It’s just like eating in my own space!3. Overall a solid. Good ambiance, open late, good food. Their take on beef tendon soup was refreshing. Has a milder sweeter flavor than the traditional Chinese version. A welcome surprise

We’ve given this place a couple chances and the service just keeps getting worse. Never again! Owner is rude and the place is not welcoming at all. He seems bothered to see customers walk in the door. We left before we even ordered due to his lack of service and “welcoming” atmosphere. He was also rude to every other customer that walked in after us. AVOID!
