Just visit Nathan's Soup&Salad 3 /20/24 @2:30 pm.walked in two employees behind the counter.No Hello I will be right with you.There is only one customer both Employees so Mesmerized in conversating with him they paid me no attention after 5 minutes I just walk out.Few minutes later I call to make a complaint asked to speak with the Supervisor was then put on hold for 5 minutes in which I hung up.I know it was no reason for me to be put on hold that long when there was no customer in line but the gentleman that both employees seem so Mesmerized with that they paid me no attention.This isn't the Nathan's that we all visit on a regular basis for lunch.When they were on Park Ave.The customer service is horrible and I took my business elsewhere. I definitely won't be going back my advise to the Owner train your Employees to always Greet customers upon Arrival. Denise

First time today: "Special" Lobster bisque. Not ver good. I was searching for lobster meat and found one piece. The rest looked like fine shredded crab. Taste was 'ok' Not 'good' not very thick. Oh well. We SHARED one sandwich, small bag o chips, and a Pepsi. BOTH had CUP of bisque. $28. AND the receipt was not itemized

I 100% recommend this restaurant. The staff is always welcoming and very nice. Every item I have tried is delicious. My go to is the Chicken Salad with Grapes and Walnuts on a croissant.

First time here, probably won't be back. Ordered a buffalo chicken salad, it to find out it doesn't come with chicken.... It is an additional $3.50. Why advertise a salad as buffalo chicken, it should be advertised as a buffalo salad.

I get this soup every time I have my chemo. Nathan's donates soup and bread to the Pluta Cancer Center. I love it so much, and look forward to it. Thank you for gifting the patient's of Pluta your wonderful soup! Thank you for the warmth, and goodness!

Stopped in for lunch. The breads and soups are excellent. I have been here several times and it never disappoints. Today it was the chicken gumbo soup and chicken with roasted peppers and bacon on rosemary bread. Just WOW, that was so flavorful and filling. I will be coming back again.
