They are so cheap you don't get fortune cookies. I've never had Chinese anywhere that didn't give you fortune cookies.

Very disappointed. Moved to Greece several years ago and this has been our go to place for Chinese. Woman taking my order was rude on the phone. Arguing with someone while taking my order. Specialty soup lousy- usually some good shrimp… tonight a lot of fake lobster or crab and just not good. Entree cold, fried noodles were stale and only one fortune cookie. Very much off this evening ?

New Fong has gone very downhill- this use to be our favorite take out and now is consistently disappointing. Received pork fried rice mixed next to our entrees twice in a row after being reassured it would be white rice. Sesame tofu was rubbery, dry and completely hardened on the corners with barely any sauce. Waste of money for never knowing what you are going to get.

We are regular customers and prior to this review the food has always been very good. Our most recent take-out was disappointing.The seafood combination was terrible. The seafood was overcooked to the point it was rubber, especially the lobster and shrimp. The sauce had a very over powering seafood taste and smell. Inedible. We also ordered 3 pork egg rolls which were dripping oil as you tried to eat them with no pork in the egg roll. The beef Lo Mein (my usual dish) was tasty but also very oily. Will probably not be back.

Received an item I didn’t order that was very disgusting looking, slimy cabbage with grayish white chicken in it. When exchanging it I asked the worker if he eats the food himself and he said no! Not even their own workers eat the food so I’m guessing it’s not a good idea for anyone else to, after looking into the kitchen I understood why
They have great food and good prices; however, I must admit, I'm concerned about the treatment of the employees. The restaurant is very cold in winter (see your breath cold), and there is always a manager onsite directly overseeing and giving strong direction to employees. I get the feeling that employees are very controlled. Maybe I'm wrong, but this is what I've seen over the past 6 years. I would like to hear your opinion on this. The eat-in area has approximately 4 boothes, and I never see anyone eating there, only sitting there waiting for their order. Employees are very competent and adequately friendly. I have never gotten an incorrect order.

They are kind and, they have never messed up on not even one order, and I order there a lot more than I care to admit… If you’re on a diet there, dishes are delicious too, I’ve tried the chicken with mixed vegetables and it comes with like this delicious sauce. It’s kind of spicy I don’t really like spicy food, but it’s amazing!!The fried dumplings are a MUST!!!!!!! When they deliver they deliver the food hot, and very friendly to you!

I ordered food and waited over an hour for delivery then the place closes down, never got my food. I paid close to $40.00. Very disappointed and never will recommend this to anyone.
