We had just left the hot pot restaurant down the block from Osaka. We left the other restaurant because of all the rules with hot pot and the service was impatient and rude. So we decided to go to Osaka instead and it felt like a luxury island in comparison. I don’t eat that much and they allowed my table to get all you can eat and I only got like a regular entrée. They didn’t make a fuss about how many people were coming and when they were. They were very kind and the food was pretty good. I am from New York City and so I eat authentic Asian cuisine on a regular basis and this was pretty up there. It was fresh, clean and tasted great. They put in a 15% gratuity already and we gave them an extra tip because of how kind they were. They came back to our table before we left to make sure that we knew that gratuity was already included. They deserved the extra gratuity especially because of how kind and honest they were about the bill. Would definitely reccomend :)

Yes, please! Wonderful, took me by surprise today. Not exaggerating ALL 5's Across the board;) If you like/LOVE sushi (raw and/or cooked), udon, fresh fried spring rolls, fried rice fried to order/wish-not sitting around waiting for somebody to come eat it/fried when you order it, tempura, specialty sushi rolls like I do... this restaurant delivers. Appetizers as many as you want literally you want one of everything, it's all included. $35 a person and everything is included. Appetizers desserts and all the sushi you can eat in the middle. Friendly heads up y'all, don't miss out on that fried salmon belly holy crow epic life changing. Stopped me in my tracks. Highly recommend.

We went to Osaka for my granddaughter's birthday. The gist of this review is that the service was just awful. The food appeared fresh and well made at first, but then nearly everyone in our party got sick within 24 hours of eating it. Keep reading for details of our experience. The waitress obviously did not have a basic grasp of the English language and did not effectively answer any of our questions. She gave us one soy sauce bottle and one small bowl of ginger/wasabi for a party of 7. When we asked for more twice and did not get any, we finally grabbed a soy sauce bottle from a neighboring table. She did not bring basics such as napkins and straws. Luckily (I guess) we were seated across from the wait staff service station because my son in-law grabbed needed items for us several times throughout our meal. The Miso soup looked and smelled weird and was inedible. We needed to explain this to the waitress so we wouldn't get charged for extra not eaten food as the menu states. She gave my daughter a heavy dose of attitude over the Miso soup being bad. My son in-law was sprayed with window cleaner several times while in the bathroom even asking the staff person to stop. To add insult to injury, Osaka automatically charges a 15% gratuity for parties larger than 5, so our tip couldn't reflect the horrible service. The icing on the cake was that nearly everyone in our dinner party got sick from the food. Consumer beware!

I don't expect all you can eat to be high end, so I ordered a spicy tuna roll to be safe and it was served warm. The spicy salmon roll was also served warm and neither of them looked or tasted like traditional rolls. When I mentioned something to the server he said “no problem you don’t have to eat them just leave them.” The table was sticky and the tea cup had lipstick on it.

The sushi is good, but the quality has declined as the price goes up. Wait staff was mediocre and short with us. They wait very long periods of time before taking another order even when not busy. Overall mediocre. Maybe the one down the street will be better when it opens.

We ate in for the all you can eat and were very disappointed with the experience. The food was underwhelming at best. The sushi rolls were poorly rolled and falling apart, but they also didn't have a lot of fish in them. The seaweed used on most of the rolls was unusually chewy, which detracted from the experience as well. The texture on the fried rolls we ordered was unpleasant. While all of our orders were correct, the service was poor. Our server was less than friendly and would sometimes ask for our next order right as she brought our last one, and at other times would bring our order and disappear for ten or fifteen minutes, leaving us to just sit and wait, despite the restaurant being mostly empty. The atmosphere was underwhelming as well. The restaurant was playing music from some online service, which would've been fine, except it was glitching and buffering non-stop the entire time we were there and was frequently interrupted with ads.I would not recommend this restaurant and we will not be returning.

I’m not the type to leave a review. I have been here plenty of times. Love the food. But tonight was the worst freaking service ever.! The waiter wasted my entire time only got served once she wasn’t. Paying attention. Needed a refill didn’t get a refill. Kept skipping over my table and going to every other table. Very disappointed this time around.! Do better.! To make all matter worse I been waiting 36 min for dam cheese cake.! I don’t think I will ever come back after this.

Stopped by here on my way to Toronto, and was sorely disappointed. The food was bad to decent depending on what items you get. I wouldn’t get any tuna dishes. The eel and salmon dishes were alright. Do not get anything fried there, it was way too hard. Now in terms of service, it was not very attentive, and it was not even busy. I don’t know if it’s the waitress we got, but she could’ve cared less. Somehow we got our waters after our appetizers. Expect to wait 15-20 minutes between orders. Only thing this place has going for it is the price point for an all you can eat sushi place. But is it even worth it? Probably not.

A bit expensive I thought however food was excellent. The service was very slow but that may be on purpose as typical at Japanese restraints. I did not get the all you can eat this time. I will go back another time.
