This place!! This place has the BEST Italian dishes and the BEST service! The whole wait staff and the owner are the Greatest people I've met! Food was OVER THE TOP fantastic. Best meatball I've ever had, best bolognese I've ever had. I wish I could've eaten 10 meals there, but I was only in town for a day, in a work trip. I'll definitely be stopping in to the this absolute GEM Of a restaurant everytime I'm in town. Looking forward to the next time in there, which should the first week of May! See you all soon!

A very lovely experience at Panzaris getting some dinner by myself. I was greeted right away and seated comfortably. The menu all sounds delicious. I ordered the Arancini Rice Balls and the Chicken French.Both of these dishes were prepared wonderfully. The arancini has the perfect amount of sauce and flavor. The Chicken French was breaded perfectly, had the perfect amount of lemon to wine ratio, and the portion was large enough for me to take home for another meal.Overall, I am happy I decided to stop in and I will be back soon!Parking: A huge lot directly outsideWheelchair accessibility: Has a ramp to get inside as well as outdoor seating.

First time there! They were a little understaffed, but the staff that was there absolutely killed it! The chef in the back lastnight deserves a lot of praise the food was so so incredible, and he was very very busy. Portions are very generous, the restaurant itself has a diner vibe. We loved it, and we will definitely be back!

They close at 8pm. Tried calling a pick up order at 7:45pm on a Saturday night and was told they don’t take orders past close (their website says 9pm). Lost my business.

Cold night in Rochester...in from out of town. Looking for a chilled atmosphere, good people and good food. Found all three. It would not be fair to put a weight on things....I would just say if you are in town and you are looking for either of these things go and enjoy. But the food is great....enjoy!

Tried all weekend to get a rez (10/21/22); phone never picked up. Don't sit next to the door; commotion with take-out orders is disruptive. Hot meals were delivered and were cold by the time we waited for a salad entree to be made. The food is good, but everything else needs improvement.

Beautiful spot to sit outside for an Italian dinner. All menu items we've tried (pasta, pizza, Chicken French) have been superb! Service provided by our server Kevin was top tier. He made good suggestions for entree orders. Strongly recommend the arancini for an appetizer.

Had dinner here for the first time. From the minute we called to see if there was outdoor seating, this place was the best. Kevin took our call and when we told him we were close by and hoped for an outside table he reserved one for me. When we arrived Kevin was the only server on because of several call ins. He handled it like a pro. The patio was full but he made us and all the diners feel like we were the most important people in the world. We were definitely all rooting for him. We had the pizza Bianca which was delicious and were treated with bread and “extra” sample size cocktails as a thank you for our patience. (It was a lovely night- no need for patience). Kevin made a connection with each table and took time. We never felt like he was just trying to get through it. Did I say the food was fabulous? Bread fresh and warm with garlic butter. Our pizza was great. We will be back for sure.

I tried this restaurant for the first time today and came inside the restaurant to pick up my order & the environment felt very prejudice, the workers acknowledged every person AFTER me first and it was clear that no one wanted to speak to me, I think the staff overall needs some hospitality training.

Mr Debkowski chef and owner and Kevin the waiter gave us such an amazing experience !! The Swami from Italy said it was one of his favorite Italian dinners ever !! Wow quite a compliment . And we got to go in the Kitchen !! #panzari
