I'm not one that likes big pizza chain pies & hadn't been to Pizza Hut in quite awhile, but did order from there. I was mildly surprised the the pizzas were actually pretty good - much better than the other big chain places - even the sauce was good! But the prices are pretty steep, and the sizes are actually quite small for what you get. The personal pan pizza was more like a kids pizza, and the medium was quite thin (did not order it that way was supposed to be a hand tossed crust) so it was more like a small from anyplace else. The toppings on the personal pizza were quite skimpy as well. Couldn't believe what they're charging for bread sticks, so didn't order any of them. Another case of paying more and getting less, like every place else. You can certainly do much worse, but you're paying more for a lot less. The employees were all quite friendly and appeared to enjoy their jobs - another rarity nowadays.

I had plenty of pizzas at the Dewey location. This past Friday I picked up a pan pizza with pepperoni and cheese and bread sticks to go. Was very surprised the bread sticks were over down and the pizza was dry and tasteless. Maybe because they were very busy. 1st time that I had to toss it out.

I really don't know how this place is still open!!!! The smell when you walk in the door is like moldy carpet that tried to get cleaned with sewage run off. Everything is dirty and old. I don't think anything has been changed out since it's been open probably over 30 years ago. However the kids that work there are usually pleasant, but I think it's because they're too high to care.Parking: Plenty of free parking

Of course we all love a pan pizza from here every once in a while. The pizza is always delightful for what it is. The atmosphere of the building is well past the 90s and should be knocked down and made new agian. The folks inside are always welcoming and polite so no complaints there either.

Biggest rip off you'll find in Rochester NY Pizza - over priced for little Caesars quality pizza, which you could at least get 5 of for the same price, size, and quality of one of Pizza Huts large Pizzas.They offer nothing worthy to their clientele aside from later hours - used as an advantage over the drunk clowns, not a business strategy.Fix this and make Pizza Hut worthy of local peoples memories when it was actually worth it's salt.
