My mom and I ordered a "medium" pizza with cauliflower crust. I paid $22 plus delivery fee and tip and received a 8-inch pizza, which is a ridiculously high price and not enough for both of us. We used to like Pontillo's but are very upset. When I called to complain I was told that the pizza with the cauliflower crust is not even made in house - it's frozen. False advertising in the menu. The person that answered the phone was very apologetic but did not offer a refund or discount. He said that the next time we order (I don't even live here) we'll get a $5.00 or $10.00 discount. Unacceptable.

Just ordered a pizza and some wings for dinner, awesome pie, wings were delicious! Delivery guy was courteous and polite, ty for a great quick dinner!✌️
Looking forward to wings and a small pizza before the Bills game. Pizza was ok. Hot and prepared as expected... not much pepperoni on that pizza!. The wings were HORRIBLE. Ordered mild. First, there were eight instead of 10. One was the tip of the wing. Yuck!! Another was half of a flat with the wing tip attached. They were lukewarm outside; cold inside and hard. Just yuck. Their wings USED to be good. Basically inedible. It was like they precooked and warmed up(sort of) because it was busy. I called them and now have a $15 credit. Better have...these were inedible and sorely disappointing!

If I could leave no stars I would . We ordered a pizza online for a delivery at 530 at 3:49. The first time we called at 545 asking where the pizza was they said it will be there in 10 - 15 mins . Now it's 615 no pizza so we called agian the same guy that answered the phone the first time suddenly says they don't have a order for us. We ask for a manager he gets on and says it'll be there in 20 mins ... we go thought you guys didn't have our order we want a refund instead . And he goes call back Monday for one. We said no we want one right now ..: then at the end of his convo he goes you should just go order from somewhere else . NICE BUISNESS yall should be closed . Your pizza sauce wacked anyways .

Very good pizza - staff was friendly a they got our special requests done right ! We got a large pepperoni and it was a bit pricey but it fed 3 people easily !

Placed my order an hour and 15 minutes before they closed and when I called to check on my order they said they canceled it because I was out of delivery range. I wish they would’ve told me when I gave my address or called me back so I could have found dinner before everything else closed.

Ordered a pizza online, never received a pick up time. Called the shop and was told 45 minutes from when the order was placed. Went to the shop and they had no idea where my order was. Then was told it would be an additional 45 minutes. No apology, and nothing was done to compensate for this. Would not recommend this location.
We ordered a pizza last night from Pontillo's Brighton. It was not good. It was a med with banana peppers and onions. The crust tasted like it was sitting around all day. The pizza tasted old and stale. We have had pizza from this loctaion before that was pretty good. Hot and fresh. Last night was not the case. I ordered pick up so when I got home I was not about to go back out. The most important think is getting a hot fresh tasting pizza.
