Ordered online, waited in line for 25 mins, line didn't budge.. finally get to the window just to be told to cancel my order, because they were all out of chicken.Additionally, the last time I ordered, when I got there, I was told to wait for my food, after watching my food sit in the window for 15 minutes they gave me the bag. my chicken was grey, hard and cold ... 0 / 5 stars if possible. Never again. This place is a joke.

Everything was good the food was fresh they just forgot to give me plates and a spoon I got a 10-piece and a box and I didn't get any plates or anything other than that the food was good the customer service is great and everyone seeing him in a real nice mood when it was very nice environment .

My girlfriends mom ordered food online, sent me to pick it up.Arrived there and they claimed I needed to "confirm the order", I explained the situation, but they kept on.I had my gfs mom send me a screenshot of the order confirmation, and they still claimed it wasn't correct.After about 20 minutes of arguing, they finally just gave me the food, after accusing me of trying to steal food.And when I got home, all the food wasn't even in the bag, because they were too busy arguing with me to notice.Either the system needs to be updated to work correctly, or more competent employees need to be hired for customer interaction.And don't accuse customers of trying to steal.

They're really good, but every time I go, they're either out of many things or they mess your order up slightly. They also don't take custom orders seriously. I asked for a 4 pc combo with all drumsticks, and they just did whatever...But again...they're really goodTheir drive thru is full of potholes so please tread carefully.

Customer Service could be better!! The bathrooms need to be kept up on a lot better. But other than that, Popeyes Chicken ? ? Restaurant is a good place to go to and eat at or to get take out at. Enjoy. I know we did and Always Do!!!

It is not possible for the customer to pay for an order and those at Popeye Louisiana kitchen give you another order, very upset.
Purposely mess up delivery orders. We tried 4 times this year and each order was messed up. Our most recent order was missing a whole sandwich, no pickles, no drink, one drink was replaced without us knowing and we couldn't refund it. You want mashed potatoes? Nope! Enjoy your other side you didn't order? Want a spicy sandwich? Nope! You get nothin

Update: i know why my i got my order quickly, the chicken was extremely dry, like it had been siting there since opening.Ok, first off, $17.25 for a 5 piece chicken tender combo is ridiculous?! 2nd of all the chick taking my order was the most miserable looking employee I have ever encountered. Seriously, for $17.25 she should be rolling out the red carpet, instead I got the "leave me alone, I am angry $15 an hour employee who's in no mood to serve you, you entitled punk". I guess we should just keep raising the minimum wage because, eventually, minimum wage workers will work harder and be far more polite. I've got better service when the minimum wage was $5.25. Anyway, the food was horribly dry, but the speed of service was great for me; however, those 4 other people still waiting since before I ordered probably would disagree.

Worst service ever. Kept us waiting in drive thru for over 15 min while people went past us with their food. I had to walk in to see what the problem was in my Orthopedic boot when I can't walk very well. Being stuck by the garbage pail while being pestered by a homeless man money. ?
