Someone help me because the math ain't mathing...how is it they are a chicken place but out of chicken. Behind the counter looked like waste management garbage dump. I'm still baffled as to how they run out of the one thing that people come to buy, biscuits, rice and beans I get but chicken....HOW SWAY!

Food is wonderful. I love it every time I go. However, the workers are often a little slow, and constantly mistake my orders when I order through the app. Also, their parking lot needs some big time help.
I walked into the restaurant today 16 March 2024 at 3:42. The employees greeted us. This was mostly a Spanish speaking young crew however bilingual. The crew was very customer service friendly.The restaurant was not very busy at all. As a matter of fact we were the only customers in the restaurant. Our food came rather quickly (which is what I would expect with no one else inside).We got our meal and walked to the dining area. I looked around and the dining area was very unclean. Every table was dirty with food on top and paper towels and food and crumbs all scattered on the floor. I could not believe my eyes. I went and got a crew member and asked if we could have someone come and clean the table we were sitting. The crew member came to the dining area and looked amazed that the area was not clean. He immediately cleaned all the tables and swept the floors to the best of his ability. As I look over the dining area I can see the floor is very dirty and still many food crumbs are under the tables and chicken bones. I will not be returning to this Popeyes to dine in. The food was great and our order was accurate. The crew was nice but behind the counter they were gathered around playing on the phones which did not look very professional. Next time I’ll go through the drive through.I would expect the restaurant to be clean when it is not busy. The crew was more concerned with gossip and small chatter rather than the nearness and cleanliness of their restaurant. There is no rational explanation for this.

I ordered the new wings. Absolutely never again. The wings were not tossed in the sauce, they were DRENCHED. To the point that the breading was soggy and not at all crispy. And the biscuit I ordered was quite literally hard as a rock. Completely inedible.

I stopped here before the Journey concert. I’m on crutches due to a turn planter fascia tendon. I waited n line for 10 minutes, 4 employees looked at me but never took my order. This is not the attitude a restaurant should have towards its customer especially ones who are disabled, just ignore them, I’m surprised this place is even in business. I love Popeyes and now I can’t even have it due to pour customer service. DO NOT EAT HERE!

This is the worst Popeyes that I've ever been in. The staff thinks it's OK to act like animals. They were swearing and loud while there were customers in the store. I will never return to this location. The food was terrible.

The Classic Chicken Sandwich was amazing, very juicy and flavorful. The Mac & Cheese, less so. To me personally, the cheese looked old(?) and not very appetizing, it tasted kinda meh. Overall I spent $12, not horrible honestly.
Popeyes Penfield is something to experience. Not very clean, service is slow and been sitting under lamps for too long. Bottom rung fast food

Every order that I tried to make they were out of it instead of telling me what they were out of they let me keep ordering until there was something there that they had that was the first problem.The second problem when we got Our food they didn't give us everything and then I had to go back and reorder.So the whole experience was terrible.Things would have Gonna last smoother if the person working said at the beginning what they're out of so that everyone else could make a easier choice on what they want to eat.But the lack of product and the lack of customer service made it a very bad experience and I threw everything out.The food that I received had been sitting for so long that it was not edible the mashed potatoes had a leathery film the chicken fingers or tenders I should say were completely hard.. Even the drink I ordered had no flabor all the Syrup bags were empty and none of the workers seem to want to fill them up or even knew that they were out.As someone who has worked with food for over 30 years this was one of the worst Experiences I've had.There needs to be some sort of retraining or something . That place should not be run that way and it's concerning when you have more than 6 items out of stock that are basic items
