Very lazy people there's enough chicken to feed a thousand people already cooked not very appetizing I'd rather have my food cooked fresh. They won't even acknowledge you if your waiting to place an order they just stand there looking dumb. Food is never fresh and takes over and hour just to get it. Worst Popeyes in Rochester .

Ordered from them thru Uber eats, got something completely different from them and didn't get the free fish sandwich for orders over $15

The attitude of this restaurant is something I never seen before. They missed half of my items that I paid for and had the audacity to deliver the rest half, and believe me this is not the first time. When I forgave their mistake they just take it as a permission to be more disrespectful.

I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich with cheese, an 8 piece nugget with a Cajun fry and a small Dr Pepper. I got a regular chicken sandwich which had been sitting under a heating lamp for hours, chicken tenders that were RAW, Mac and cheese and a coke. I am so disappointed in this stores quality and flavor. Never coming back here again!
