I am a huge fan of the Henrietta location. However, this location was a huge disappointment. The portion was extremely small compared to the other location, I was told I could customize my salad but then it came with "everything" on it anyway. I asked for extra dill dip and was assured there was an extra in my box which there wasn't, and the woman at the cash register said she put an extra piece of pita in my bag for me, which I thought was extremely sweet of her until I got home and saw that there was not. I am not a complainer but this was a terrible experience and I would never return to this location. If you want to try Rachel's, go to the Henrietta location.

Normally have a solid experience here but really disappointed with my visit tonight. Went it and was told they were out of chicken and we got the last order of steak with hours still left in being open. Got home to eat and almost every bit had an uncooked or hard piece of rice rendering the bowls basically inedible.

We went in when it first opened and walked out.. It was as if the staff had seen a ghost... Yesterday we went in,to try it again and it was great! The place is immaculate. The food is delicious, and the service was fast and friendly.

It was good.Wasn't great or exceptional. The "greek" wraps really need a revision. They should have less oil, more flavorful chicken and a sauce that knocks you off your feet.With all the kebab, shwarma, Mediterranean, arab and middle eastern places that are around in the area, I won't be back. Master Falafel is close and a lot better, IMO. Rachaels is just too Americanized to call it a Mediterranean grill.This is coming from an actual Greek guy who's lived in the states for 36 years...

Placed an online order of Lamb Gyro and Falafel. Very easy to place the order and was ready at the time requested for pickup. The gyro itself was bland and the pita was stale breaking in half when I picked it up. The falafel was tasty but did not come with sauce or even offer to select a sauce when ordering online. Will never order from again and there are authentic Mediterranean places to order from in Rochester, NY.

We’ve ordered from here a few times now, and every time, the salad is a different portion size. This time was the smallest yet- supposedly “full sized” but definitely nothing more than a side salad that I paid like $14 for. Such a bummer because I have always loved the Henrietta locations. Please work on consistency!
Best salad I ever had. There packaging changed tho and I feel like there's half of the salad and the container will become soggy after you put dressing on your salad.

Food was delicious, unfortunately everything else wasn't. I ordered no cheese on my salad, came with cheese. They forgot to make half of our order and when we asked how it was going after 20 minutes they said they forgot. The staff was sitting on prep counters on their phones the whole time.

Every time I go the food is put together worse and worse.. lost its consistency since they opened.. last straw had to post all they had was lamb.. was no meat and was basically all burnt .. idk if can keep giving them my
