Our son took us to celebrate my 82nd birthday. Have not been in several years but this restaurant has gone down hill. Got seated immediately but down hill from there Waitress took beverage and dinner orderTwo of us got beverages soon but husband waited 15 minutes for coffee without any apologies. Eventually waitress came by to ask if we wanted her to order our meals.Of course because we thought they had been. Dinner was only average for the price. We finished our meal and no waitress to clear table. Eventually, 20 minutes later, table cleared.We waited for bill and after 20 minutes our son went to bar to ask for waitress. Waited another 10 minutes so put on coats to pay bill at bar. Waitress then came with bill with no apologies. Cut her tip on half and left. Not again.

My boyfriend and I are so dissatisfied and so disappointed in our experience. The hostess was very kind and got us seated quickly. Our waitress arrived in a timely manner, for it not being too busy. It wasn't until after ordering and looking around that we noticed food spatter on the walls and decorations. There were little flies buzzing around, trying to land on our food. The waitress didn't bring out more biscuits, and when we got our very expensive dinner we couldn't eat it! The lobster was rubber, and so wasn't the shrimp. The Brussel sprouts were not even cooked, just charred on the outside and raw in the middle. Overall, we are very upset at how our evening out wasn't even worth the 150 plus that was paid. Honestly, we won't be coming back.

Red lobster was great. The staff made us aware of a large party that they were serving and advised my family that our food might be delayed. Our food wasn't too late. The food was excellent. I'll definitely be returning.

Absolutely terrible experience. We traditionally go to Red Lobster for a friend's birthday but haven't been the past few years since COVID. It's gone down hill. Our appetizer took incredibly long and came out wrong and we had to wait another 10 minutes for a new one. In addition our salads never came out before our meal, even after that we had an extremely long wait on our entrees which on came out missing pieces and the lobster tail was completely burnt. Poor service of not even having clean glasses and having to drink out of plastic cups.Sadly won't be going back ever again. Very disappointed with what it's become.

The "manager" said my husband was slurring his words, no he was not, he has a speech problem and his English is not up to par so he was put down and did not want to serve our drinks while we were waiting for our food. Ashame for that establishment. Customer service.. it's just Not there.

The table next to us sat un-cleared .. I watched many employees standing around...granted, not a full house, but they could do so much more like cleaning... the only consistent worker was Greg... Now for food.. Well , the food came b4 my first basket of rolls!! I can say it at least came out hot.. and was as expected. Greg again, good customer service.. and on the constant move seen only once standing while drinking water.. Bathroom Mens.. disgusting sticky floor broke baby changer also dirty urinal had a broken sensor half out the wall with a wire exposed trash on the floor.... Wife said women Bathroom not that bad but could use a refresh... walking out, I more so noticed the dirt and trash probably due to the lack of people working and cleaning see photos!!! Over all Red lobster use to be a place for good food and celebrations.... I don't feel that way anymore... I understand why more and more are closing...

The waitress took our order. She forgot one of our drinks. I had to ask her twice to bring me sugar for my iced tea. After about 10 minutes, I asked her if she was going to bring me my salad. She said that I didn't order a salad. Then she checked her ticket and said oh. So she brought me my meal and salad at the same time. I told her that I didn't want the salad now because I didn't have time to eat it without my food getting cold. She said that she'll take it off the bill. Then charged me anyway. I was not impressed at all. I really enjoy Red Lobster. When you get a good meal but have bad service, it just seems to ruin the whole experience

My family took me to Red Lobster for my Birthday 2/23 and it was the worst experience. I have tried to contact them 2 times and NOBODY has gotten back to me. I now sit with several gift cards that are not being used because of Rotten service and refusal to contact me back.Parking: Parking was the best part.

The poor guy working was running the whole place by himself. He was very good but seriously, you can't treat your employees like this. We were there for 3 hours waiting for our food and food was missing and not what ordered. The poor guy had to go in kitchen and cook it himself.
